Using this site, you can Improve your students compositions dramatically, teaching them how to plan their ideas first. This programme will help them create and print a map with the ideas they need. I tried this with a couple of my private students who are studying for iBT TOFEL examination. They stated that using this map they could write a sentence or a paragraph for every idea and this way they had a coherent essay, well organized and much better than the usual messy stuff they would produce formerly.

This is a good source for using a simple story to motivate pre-school and first beginning students to learn English. It's easy to choose pictures and creates a story even for a 5 year old kid. My 5 years old daughter got encouraged when recognized that she made it by herself. If it's being used often children would be able to recognize words as a whole; without having the ability of reading the individual letters.

This is a nice LISTENING activity with audio video materials. U can have ur child watch this. after watching perhaps ur child decides to become an interviewer or a weatherforcast man as my sister did. While watching the previous activities she (my sister) decided to become a cook and then she changed her mind and decided to become a weatherforcast woman. The activity is created by the British Coucil. This is a good opportunity to teach your child the names of the countries, continents and flags and quite a lot of adjectives, of course, everything in the target language. This is a very good source for making the workisheets of your need. The only thing that you should do is to choose a theme and a new random list. I used this source with my Prep 2a kids for teaching them numbers and animals, and the worksheets were very useful as the kids liked them very much.

This is a wonderful activity for developing students' listening, reading (skimming and scanning), speaking skills, as well as increasing vocabulary. it contains variety of activities which are based on the listening. Moreover, all the activities can be done both online and on paper (all materials are printable including the transcript of the audio). It contains a pre-watching vocabulary activity the story a comprehension activity a language activity about idioms I used this material with my two intermediate students. Though the level was lower I have decided to try. In order to help them I wrote down the words/expression that they might be unknown and discussed them before listening. Then they listened to the audio but still had difficulties to understand completely what the audio was mainly about. In order to solve the misunderstanding I have decided to give the transcripts to read while listening (It helped much to understand). I used the third activity to check whether they could scan and skim the information (they could as I guess reading helped them very much). The last activity was a multiple choice activity where the students should look at the given idioms and choose the best meaning. Suggestion- If your students are not high intermediate/advanced the process will be slowed down. Just use transcript and after listening discuss the text. It will help.
