I liked this one very much. If you want to change the rhythm of the class and engage you students in more active and language using activity, then this is what you need!! This can be worked with high beginner students.

I think this can work effectively. Great activity to practice the adjectives, describing smb. Astgik, Sima, Nelli

I would use this game both with beginners and higher level students. In case of beginners I would do some variation. They could do miming, or tell the first letter, like it`s food and it starts with b. I think this is really a fun game and can be used fro practicing not only nouns but adjectives, verbs.

This game was a littlebit difficult for my 11 year old cousin. I think some proficiency in the language may be required to be able to handle the game.

Through this activity a learner can enlarge his/her stock of vocabulary, to think how to find out any substitute word. I tried it out with my son who is 11 years old but he encountered on some difficulties from the beginning which i think will be overcome if i redo the activity several times.

Comparatives & Superlatives - 3 views

Comparing animals - Students practice comparatives & Superlatives using this fantastic crossword puzzle with animals words. The grammar focus in my EEC class was comparatives & superlatives and I tried this activity with my EEC students (low intermediate level) and it was interesting for them. It actually helped them think critically. i suggest you do this activity as an individual task, it will help you understand how well the students internalized the comparative and superlative forms of adjectives.
