I chose this website because the discovery it has great resources and the discovery channel is always interesting. I will use this website by letting students just explore and be able to learn and experience history.

This website includes lessons for health lessons that focus on students bodies and minds. These lessons have great focuses and are good for students K-12.

I chose this website because of the growth that can be seen from students using this website. I will use this by assigning reading to my students and have them use their critical thinking skills

I chose this website because it gives math worksheets for me to use and there is also games on it. I will use this by utilizing the worksheets given.

I chose this app because it seemed like a good way to get kids to enjoy math. I will use this in the classroom by assigning this for either free time math or for homework.

once you get past the first few that have a cost associated you can see several worksheets available for 2nd grade health. Some of these I have seen in the past floating around the schools. They range in topic from nutrition to personal hygiene etc

This site has a wide range of suggestions for someone who isnt so science minded. it also has the other subjects as well

Great source of videos, games, and books for students. I find my students asking to get on this website during their free time.

Great site for resources for teachers. Teachers can find resources for anything school related from books to lesson plans.

Great source to education games for elementary students. Site has sources for reading, math, science, and art.

ABC mouse is a good website for kids who are in the younger grades. I would plan to use this by finding puzzles for the kids to complete.

Great source of videos that give information about health for students. Great source for movement and about the 5 body senses.

I liked using Kahoot because it is a way to get the class to interact. In my future classroom I would use this as a participation assignment.

Kahoot is a resource tool that is used in classrooms as a tool for students to use as a quiz like game that helps students learn in a fun way. How I could use this tool in the classroom is before a quiz or test I can create a Kahoot for my class to use to see what they know and what they don't know and to figure out what as a class we need to go over and study.

This has more than 70 multimedia units that spanning 10 core areas of study. This site gives information about people, places, and things in history.

Great source for students to expand their knowledge on things that interest them. This site has games, videos, and articles to explore.

This website is excellent for either games or videos for the kids to watch. It would be good for the kids to also learn how to read the magazine for research.

Great resource to use to create quizzes or games for the students to answer about the subject they are studying. They can do this on their own or as a class with instant results for the teacher to see.

Natl Science Teaching Association site is $40.00 per year for new teachers that gives lesson plans and different suggestions based off of grade level, but be careful not to click thru too fast or you'll run out of :free information for the month if you're not a member yet

As a student I had a mixed review of social studies - this site in just a few sentences helped me understand why. Social studies is like the "junk drawer" of disciplines and ranges from govt to humanities to so many more. some things I liked others not so much, but this site lets you see how its all relevant to Social Studies
