This is an overall great website for students to use that represents all of the subject areas. Students can go to a general content area, then go more specific and find a game or resource that could really help them in terms of a project or paper they need to complete. I feel teachers could really utilize this, and provide their students with a great resource.

I like all the different science topics you can click on to get extra help. Also the interactive games and activities help give the students more of an understanding of the topic.

Social Studies: I chose this resource because I liked how it was laid out; you chose whether you wanted resources for the learner or the educator, it lays out how to use the website for teaching 21st-century skills, ideas to motivate and engage students with the content, and uses standard-aligned curriculum. I could use this in my future classroom to help with lesson plans and activities to teach students about social studies.

Science: I found this to be a good resource because it sections off the different topics in science and has great videos for different topics and lessons. I could browse this website to find videos to show in my classroom to instill different lessons, standards, etc.

Collaborative/ Web 2.0 tool: I chose this resource because I know it is something that is currently being utilized in the schools and student are able to communicate and collaborate with the teacher and students. I could create a Seesaw page for my individual classroom if it is not something being used in the school district I work.

PE/Health: I chose this resource because it gives many different lesson plan ideas that can be used in the everyday classroom. The lesson plans I reviewed were straightforward and easy to modify to use in content-based lessons.

This is a great PE resource because it gives additional resources for twitter conversations, includes a blog website, and past speaking events based on health and wellness and physical education. I can implement this resource into my classroom with understanding more about the benefits of physical education for my students and possibly incorporating some basic PE games or movements for the students to stay engaged.

I chose this website because it gives many additional resources and activities to work on in the classroom. I would use this resource by implementing the activities, YouTube videos, and helpful tips when teaching about grammar to my students.

Collaboration/Web 2.0 tool: I chose this resource because it is great for students to be able to work together on projects without having to meet face to face. This could be implemented into my classroom by assigning a group project using google slides, google docs, etc.

Lesson Plans/Teacher Sharing: I liked this website because the user could search by grade level or subject and it gave tons of lesson plan examples that could easily be altered or modified for a specific group. This could be used in my future classroom to help me find creative ways to teach the standards and engage my students

I chose to include this website because it is a kid-friendly search engine. It could be used in my future classroom to help students with research to avoid innapropriate content in their research.

I like this resource because it offers a creative way to check for understanding and reading comprehension in students. It is free and allows the teacher to create their own questions, quizzes, and more. This would be a great tool to utilize in my classroom to incoroporate technology to check students reading comprehension, understanding, and if they are actually reading.

I chose this website because it includes lessons, PowerPoint templates, multiple subject areas, and multiple topics that are beneficial for teachers such as classroom management. I would use the PowerPoint templates when I become an educator and use all of the great resources to help me with the additional resources, report card writing, and many more.

I chose this because it has multiple categories for educational games for the students I would implement this into my classroom for math educational games. They can work on money counting, subtraction/addition, multiplication, counting, and telling time.

I chose this website because it is an online math practice that students would be able to access not only in the classroom, but also at home (if there is a computer available). It offers math lessons for 1st-8th grade. I would use this as an option for technology/free time in the classroom.

I chose this site because it is a guide for teachers to help promote healthy eating and regular activity. It offers guidance from pre-k through 12th grade. This site offers videos and activities for each grade level. I would use this resource as a guide for appropriate snacks to be given out and to help encourage students to be physically active.

I chose this website because it breaks science into categories and gives students the ability to choose what they are learning about or what they are interested in learning about. I would implement this website into my classroom by having the students do the fun activities that are shown and to use the videos as well.
