MyHistro's chronological timeline makes it great for collaborative tasks, multimedia projects and presentations in History, Geography and Social Science." -TeachThought This would make for an excellent writing/multimedia project for our US History students.  The projects could be embedded into Haiku for presentation, discussion, and review.  Check it out!

The Technology Integration Matrix from the Florida Center for Instructional Technology is one of the best resources available to drive better thinking on technology integration in the classroom.  The matrix considers 5 levels of technology integration and 5 characteristics of the learning environment.  Short videos of classroom practice in four core content areas illustrate each cell in the matrix. 

In this short screencast, a teachers shows how she adds voice comments to google docs when giving feedback on student writing. Pretty simple! The video is hosted on YouTube, so access from the faculty wireless network or an off-campus network will be required to view.

Free online math practice organized by Common Core State Standards.   These free modules would be excellent to use for math practice centers.   Each practice quiz includes links to an instructional video and keeps track of student performance.   

If a picture is worth a thousand words, a Thinglink image may be worth 1000 pictures.  Thinglink is a great FREE tool that enables one to create dynamic interactive images that have embedded hyperlinks to other images, wikipedia articles, videos, websites, audio recordings, or almost anything else.  The image can then be embedded in your website or Haiku class, projected etc.  Easy to use.
