Sandra Partington on 15 Feb 14This study produced a number of papers, of which the most widely referenced in Mayes and de Freitas' study of relevant theories, frameworks and models. This concluded that existing models can be broadly classified as associative, constructive, or situative; that underlying principles of learning remain much the same regardless of the technologies incorporated into the learning situation; but that cosideration of the technologies available for use is now an essential aspect of educational planning, and constructively aligning the learning situation with the desired outcomes.
