Shaheen comes to SumTotal with two decades of experience in driving sales growth in the software industry. In addition to his work at Oracle, he led the large-enterprise sales group at Taleo and held senior sales-management positions with Unicru and Requisite Technology. Shaheen said he was attracted to SumTotal, in part, due to the breadth of the company's portfolio of HCM solutions and the depth of its customer base, which make the company well-positioned for growth.
