Increasing library information, knowledge and users feedback move to social media channels. Library decision making based on users' feedback in social media should be recorded.

Although set out like most policies whereby it notes the policy's context, objective, scope etc., this one stands out for its detailed controls in regards to what employees should and should not do when posting on social media, whether it be in an official, professional or private capacity.
