What:A Christmas dinner and dance, fun to be had!  the cost is $6.00 for persons with developmental disabilities, the balance of their $12.00 dinner paid by the Catherine Luse Developmentally Disabled Dance Trust Fund. What: Human Therapy on Horseback is hosting the 8th Annual Dinner and Auction at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell. The event, being held on Saturday, May 7th, will feature a live and silent auction, a cash bar, a raffle and many door prizes. Roy Wilhelm and the Sundowners return this year for musical entertainment and dancing pleasure. The doors open at 4:30 with dinner at 6:30 and the live auction following dinner. Tickets for the Dinner & Auction cost $50 per person and tables of 8 are available. This seven week training is designed to help you find the answers to questions like: "How do I get them out of bed in tiem to catch the school bus?" "How can I stop my children from bickering and fighting?" "How do I get my children to help with the chores without and argument?" " Is there a way to discipline my toddler in public without creating a scene?" "How can I get my teenager to come home at the agreed-upon time?" "How do I get him to stop spitting his peas and whining at dinner?" And many other day-to-day parenting challenges... The cost is $8 which includes a workbook participants keep and a commitment to attend on a weekly basis.  It is a 7 week class for 1.5 – 2 hrs. Every Thanksgiving, I ask everyone at the table what he or she is most thankful for.  My family is truly blessed, so there’s plenty to say in that conversation.  But in the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving my friends and I have also noticed all the little things for which we give silent thanks every day.  These are the things that make a complicated life much easier, but usually aren’t part of the discussion at Thanksgiving dinner.  Perhaps you’ll have a few more to add to the list, too.

It’s time to get your party on again! This month, on July 17th, Eagle Mount is having a Pirate Pool Party. Please bring a bathing suit and towel, clothes you can get wet for some fun outside, and nice cozy clothes for movie watching after we swim. We will be watching Pirates of the Caribbean in the back room after dinner. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you RSVP. If you do not let us know that you will be coming, we will not be prepared to have you.
