    This site is useful because kombucha, a fermented cultured tea, is manufactured in Bristol, Vt and Aiden works there. He works mostly bottling and labeling all bottles they produce. He sometimes serves customers from the taps on site. Customers come in and refill their growlers there because its cheaper than buying it at a retail stores.
