This is a blog that a guy has that talks about different types of herbs you can eat to help with improvements with your health (ex: live health). It talks about his education in this field and even gives you an option to ask him questions, but it could seem controversial because even though there's facts behind what he says there is also his opinion. So the information given could be looked at as biased in a way.

This controversial website tells you how to gain muscle mass to look good. But there is a disclaimer on the website that says it may or may not work and is not intended as true medical advice. I chose it to show how people try to scam people desperate to gain muscle.

Monty Miller's Boot Camp - 0 views

This controversial website says that it will help you lose weight in a flash. A lot of the promises do not look guaranteed. There are "testimonials" from people claiming to have miraculous results. I chose it to show the class how easy it is for people to get fooled into buying a workout program that probably doesn't do what it promises.

Injury Prevention - 0 views

Long distance runners often run into injuries that cause them to take a rest week to let their injuries heal. This is very frustrating to a consistent runner; this site offers many ways to prevent running injuries as well as ways to assess and heal an injury. It also gives alternative exercises for runners who want to keep their endurance. I have used this site a couple times to assess minor running injuries.

This is a good website for Rugby players. I've been playing for about 5 years and have competed at the collegiate and Semi-Professional levels. I love rugby, but its a very tough, demanding sport. Fitness is a huge part of playing competitively and this website has some pretty good workout and conditioning drills to help players get in shape.
