This site is letting the public know about the recent controversy of head-to-head contact hits that the NFL is trying to crack down on. These hits are causing more and more serious concussions and the NFL has now put into their rule book the penalties if these hits continue by any player. They are trying to prevent the number of head/neck/spine injuries that NFL players are having.
