This is a site I have come back to time and time again when I'm looking to do something new. It provides a list of favorites in different categories.

This site is developed by a teacher who is utilizing "flip" or reverse teaching in his classroom, whereby he has student learn the lecture portion of his class as homework, then uses classtime for learning requiring higher order thinking skills.

I use this with my students daily to take notes. I also share my class notes with students so they have them if they miss class. I find it a little better for note-taking than Google docs.

As online learning becomes one of the common ways to learn in the 21st century, we must continue to ask ourselves if the 21st century online classroom we create is teaching 21st century skills or if the online classroom created is simply a repository for once paper assignments that have now gone "digital".
