"Norman Richards …" "Out of all the things in the world, I stumbled across this one, and it feels like fate. My marriage has been feeling really dry for the past couple of years, and even though she never said it, my wife Becca was disappointed every time I took my pants off." After discovering your solution, I went from 4.2 to 9.3 in such a short time! It's just unreal! Thank you for saving my marriage!" "Randy Morales" "I kept telling myself that my wife will love me, even with my 4.6 inches, and that size didn't matter as long as we loved each other…" "Of course, that wasn't the case. Even though she wasn't saying it out, I could see it in her eyes: she was unhappy, that sex wasn't all that good with me, and as much as we loved each other, I knew I had to change that or I would risk losing her." "It took me over 8 months to find this site, and when I did, I felt like I was finally blessed for once." WHAT'S IN A CHICKEN NUGGET? - 0 views

  •
If you think it's all white meat and some breading, an American scientist is suggesting you're wrong. After conducting his own "autopsy" into chicken nuggets from two unnamed fast food restaurants, Dr. Richard deShazo says that the finger food is actually made with only 40 to 50 per cent meat. The rest? It's all fat, skin, connective tissue, blood vessels, nerves and bone fragments.

Whole Health Source: The Fructose Index is the New Glycemic Index - 0 views

  •
Wednesday, November 19, 2008 The Fructose Index is the New Glycemic Index I stumbled upon an interesting editorial recently in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition from Dr. Richard Johnson's group, entitled "How Safe is Fructose for Persons With or Without Diabetes?" It was a response to a meta-analysis in the same journal pronouncing fructose safe up to 90 grams per day. That's the amount in eight apples or four cans of soda. Not quite what our hunter-gatherer ancestors were eating! The editorial outlined the case against excessive fructose, which I feel is quite strong. That led me to another, more comprehensive paper from Dr. Johnson's group, which argues that the amount of fructose found in a food, which they call the "fructose index", is more relevant to health than the food's glycemic index.
