How to Set Default Moodle Report Format in LearnerScript Dashboard? In this LearnerScript features, explanatory short video you will see how we can set any particular default report appearance format for LearnerScript widgets and tiles. Let's dive into the video now! To set the default report appearance format in LearnerScript, let's add a "New Dashboard" Once the new dashboard is added Now let's first add report widgets to this empty dashboard. To do so Click on add widgets/tiles option and select the "Add widgets" drop-down option. Select any particular report from here to set the default report presentation format on this new dashboard. For the sake of demonstration let's choose the Course summary report widget and here you can see that we can choose from any of these multiple presentation formats to add to the dashboard. For starters Let's begin with the "Participation" type format, click on "Add To Dashboard". Here you can see that the course summary report is being added as a default report format in the form of a combination graph here. You can always switch the format if you like using the switch report option. Here you can see that when we click on this course summary report switch option we can choose other formats as well. Similarly, you can set any default report presentation formats from this drop-down in this new dashboard. Now let's add one more Moodle report widget in this LearnerScript dashboard. This time let's choose the "Learners Summary" report widget and from the drop-down select "report table" as a default report, presentation format then click on the "add to dashboard" button. here you can see that the Learners summary report is being shown in tabular format. Remember You can always switch between the available report formats if in case you need another report format in this Learners summary widget. Now let's add LearnerScript report tiles in different formats. To do so Click on add widgets/tiles option and select the "Add

Let's see what are these reports: - In this "Learner SCORM overview" report you can see a particular Course learners' SCORM report overview such as "In-Progress", "Not Attempted", and "First Access", etc. details of the SCORM activity. -Using the Graph icon in this report you can see the SCORM "Participation" and "Time spent" details of each learner in this particular course in graphical format. -Here in this "SCORM summary" report you can see a particular course SCORM activity details such as SCORM name available in that particular course, "completed learners", Number of attempts, Total time spent, Number of hits by all learner on each SCORM(No. of Views) -Using the graph icon in this report you can see this particular course SCORM activity details such as "participation", "grade" and "time spent" in graphical format. -In this "My SCORM summary" report you can see a particular learners' enrolled course and associated SCORM name and its progress details such as attempts, activity state, Number of views, etc. -Using the graph icon you can also see this particular learner "Attempts", and "Time spent" details of each SCORM activity in graphical format. -Using the "SCORM completions" report from the LearnerScript tool, you can see the number of SCORMs(from all courses) completed by the learners, within a timeline.

Let's dive into the video now... For demonstration purposes let's apply all these 5 LearnerScript report actions on the "BigBlueButton Summary report" from this "Course" Dashboard. To do so you need to visit the "manage reports" page and scroll down till you find "BigBlueButton Summary report" here. On the right side of this BigBlueButton Summary report, you can see the 5 Moodle report actions. Let's cover all these actions one after the other... 1. Edit: Revise Your Moodle Report This 'Edit' action helps you change this BigBlueButton Summary report, you can change its name, report type, SQL coding, columns, calculations, export options, graph/chart type, etc. as per your requirement. 2. Duplicate: Replicate Your Moodle Report Using the duplicate report action you can replicate any particular moodle report as per your need. For example, let's duplicate this BigBlueButton summary report by clicking on this action icon. Here you can see that the exact Copy of the BigBlueButton Summary report has been recreated. 3. Delete: Remove Your Moodle Report Use this report action to make your LearnerScript free from any unwanted or outdated Moodle reports. For suppose we don't want this recently created duplicate BigBlueButton Summary report. So to remove this report click on the delete action icon and confirm the deletion. After refreshing the page you can see the Copy BigBlueButton summary report has been removed. 4. Hide: Repose Your Moodle Report You can hide Moodle Report from your Manager, Teacher, Student, etc. Let's hide this BigBlueButton Summary report for example. After selecting the hide option you can see that this particular report has been hidden on this Course dashboard. Let's show this particular report again by clicking on this EYE action icon. Let's dive into the video now... To track Multi-Tenancy Moodle Course-related top learners with most Activity Completions, In this LearnerScript IOMAD Dashboard, you need to go to the manage reports section and scroll down till you find the "Top Learners" report. Using these multi-tenancy filters you can select any particular company, its department, and any particular Moodle course. Here in the below report table, you can see details such as learners, and their completed assignments, quizzes, SCORMS, activities, and grades. To track the details of learners with most activity completions you need to sort this table using the Completed Activities column in Descending order. Here you can see these are the top course activity completions counts by each learner. Using this "learns filter" you can search for any particular learner details as well. Let's show this top learners report in graphical format and to do so select add graph from the above menu then select "Bar" type from this dropdown. Enter chart name, Select series column, Y-axis value, and sort by "completed Activities" in "Descending" order then click on Add button. Here you can see this "Completed Activities" graph showing us the top learners and their completed activities count details. Similarly, this time let's select the "Artificial intelligence" Moodle course to see top learners' details with most activities completion. After sorting the completed activities column in descending order you can see that these are the top learners of the "Artificial intelligence" moodle course who have completed most of the activities. In this video, you will see what are the features provided in the LearnerScript tool for the IOMAD Learners progress reporting. Let's dive into the video explanation. -Here we are going to login to the LearnerScript IOMAD demo site as a Manager. -Here on this LearnerScript IOMAD dashboard you can see these two comapany and department selection drop downs. you can select any particular company and its associated Department using these drop down options. -Here on the Learners summary report widget you can see the Learner progress details such as Total Course enrolments, Completions, in-progress courses, grades, badges, etc. for any particular company and it's associated departments. Let's see this Learners summary report in detail. -From here you can select any particular Company from the drop-down and then according to that company selected, you need to select the department from this beside department selection drop-down then click on the "get report" button. -Here using the filter icon you can select any particular Learner from that particular company and its associated department. -You can also make use of the calendar icon to select any particular date range for generating the results. -Using the graph icon you can see the Learner participations and progress reports in graphical formats. -Here on the report table using the sorting feature from the columns you can sort any particular column according to your need. -Using the message feature you can instantly send a direct message to any particular learners from this report.

Using these reports you can see the Moodle resources utilization statistics of your Moodle LMS course resources. -Using this "Learner Resources" report you can view a particular course and its users' associated resources details such as Learner, Number of resources, time spent, and the number of views. - Here you can sort the "Total time spent" column and see which user has spent the max time on the course resources. -By using this "filter icon" you can select an individual learner from this particular course. Using the message icon you can send a reminder message to this Learner for his pending resource stats. -Using the Graph icon you can view the "time spent" report on this particular course. -In this "Resource Summary" report you can see a particular course and its associated particular resource Type details such as "Learner", "email", "category", "Course", etc. -Using the "filter icon" you can select a resource from this course and see its related statistics. -In this "Resources Participation" report you can see a particular course and its associated "resources" details. -Here you can see details of "Resource", "Course", "Module", "Section", "Time spent" and "Number of views" details. -Using the "graph icon" you can see this particular course associated resource utilization statistics in graphical format. -In this "Resource Views" report you can see the number of resource type activity(from all courses) visits, within a timeline.

I am testing the possibility that our course documents might be useful to others in that we could highlight passages and add comments (via stick notes on the original pdfs) in Diigo as a way of interacting on the readings. I expect users to require memberships in both Diigo and in Google Documents (both free, and the latter comes automatically with a gmail account).
