To track Multi-Tenancy Moodle Course-related top learners with most Activity Completions, In this LearnerScript IOMAD Dashboard, you need to go to the manage reports section and scroll down till you find the "Top Learners" report. Using these multi-tenancy filters you can select any particular company, its department, and any particular Moodle course. Here in the below report table, you can see details such as learners, and their completed assignments, quizzes, SCORMS, activities, and grades. To track the details of learners with most activity completions you need to sort this table using the Completed Activities column in Descending order. Here you can see these are the top course activity completions counts by each learner. Using this "learns filter" you can search for any particular learner details as well. Let's show this top learners report in graphical format and to do so select add graph from the above menu then select "Bar" type from this dropdown. Enter chart name, Select series column, Y-axis value, and sort by "completed Activities" in "Descending" order then click on Add button. Here you can see this "Completed Activities" graph showing us the top learners and their completed activities count details. Similarly, this time let's select the "Artificial intelligence" Moodle course to see top learners' details with most activities completion. After sorting the completed activities column in descending order you can see that these are the top learners of the "Artificial intelligence" moodle course who have completed most of the activities. Welcome to the LearnerScript BigBlueButton activity report filters video. -open the BigBlueButton summary report in the LearnerScript tool. -Here you can see different courses and their associated activity types and the respective BBB activity starting date & time details. - As we can see there are multiple courses and dates available in this report, for our convenience we will choose a date and a particular course. -Here you can see the "Diode characteristics" BBB activity started on Thursday, 9th July 2020 at 3:35 PM and 4 students have attended it. -Here can see their BBB session join time details also. -To further explore this report you need to click on the view more button and it will take you to the Active Students Summary Report. -You can use the calendar filter to select any particular date for this Diode characteristics BBB activity selection report. -you can compare this generated report with the BigBlueButton summary report to see when a BBB activity session started and how many students joined along with when they've joined this particular session. -Using the drop-down option in this active students summary report, you can select any particular activity for example "Doubt clarification" BBB activity, and then generate the active students summary report. - here also you can compare this Doubt clarification activity report with the BigBlueButton summary report.

Let's see what are these reports: - In this "Learner SCORM overview" report you can see a particular Course learners' SCORM report overview such as "In-Progress", "Not Attempted", and "First Access", etc. details of the SCORM activity. -Using the Graph icon in this report you can see the SCORM "Participation" and "Time spent" details of each learner in this particular course in graphical format. -Here in this "SCORM summary" report you can see a particular course SCORM activity details such as SCORM name available in that particular course, "completed learners", Number of attempts, Total time spent, Number of hits by all learner on each SCORM(No. of Views) -Using the graph icon in this report you can see this particular course SCORM activity details such as "participation", "grade" and "time spent" in graphical format. -In this "My SCORM summary" report you can see a particular learners' enrolled course and associated SCORM name and its progress details such as attempts, activity state, Number of views, etc. -Using the graph icon you can also see this particular learner "Attempts", and "Time spent" details of each SCORM activity in graphical format. -Using the "SCORM completions" report from the LearnerScript tool, you can see the number of SCORMs(from all courses) completed by the learners, within a timeline.

Course Activity Summary:   This report summarizes all course activities in a single report, with all the related course metrics. Use this Activity column sort option to check all course activities and their metrics.   #2. Course Competency Summary   Using this Course competency summary report Teachers/managers can check who has completed which competency in a particular Moodle course.   #3. Course Participation   The Course Participation tile/statistics report shows us how many completions have happened out of the enrolments at the site level, at any given period.    #4. Course Performance | Topic-wise   In the Course Performance report, check each student's progress in each topic of a course. Also, see the performance (topic-wise) of your folks enrolled in their respective courses available in your Moodle LMS. Use the filter above to change the course report.   #5. Course Profile   the Course Profile showcases the number of enrolments, completions, the progress of the course, various grades, badges, total activities, total time spent on it, enrolment methods, and sundry. Moreover, do make a comparative analysis of two or more courses at a time on LearnerScript.   #6. Course Views by Learners   Course views of your students help you know how they engage themselves with the courses they enrolled in.  This Moodle report shows up the number of hits i.e. number of times the Course is visited by your student.   #7. Course-wise User Time-spent   The Course-wise User Time-spent reports the amount of time spent on it by its learner. Use the course filter from above to find out any particular course-related most amount of total time spender and the least total time one.   #8. Courses   the Courses report

Welcome to the LearnerScript Moodle reports hiding and removing concept explanatory short video! In this video, you will see how we can Hide or completely delete any particular Moodle report on the LearnerScript tool. Let's dive into the video! Here on the LearnerScripts' New Test Dashboard, you can see some reports in the form of tiles and widgets. If you want to hide any particular tile or widget report temporarily then you need to visit the manage reports section. From the manage reports page, you need to look for that particular report you want to hide. Here let's hide the "Copy Active Learners" report by clicking on the "EYE" icon. Now you can see that the "Copy Active Learners" tile report is being hidden from this dashboard. Similarly, you can also enable this report again using the "EYE" icon from the manage reports page. You can also hide and unhide the "assigment summary" widget report from this dashboard. You can also Delete permanently any particular tile or widget report using the "Cross" icon. Let's take an example of deleting the "Copy Active Learners" report. First, you need to find that report on the manage reports page and from there click on the "Cross" icon to delete this particular report permanently. Now you can see here that the "Copy Active Learners" report is now gone and also you can not find it on the manage reports list section also. As it is being removed permanently.

Welcome to the LearnerScript reports rebranding concept explanatory short video. In this video, you will see how we can change any particular Moodle report colors according to your need. Let's dive into the video now! To rebrand any particular report on the LearnerScript you need to first click on the "Customise this page" button. Now let's visit any dashboard from the LearnerScript Here on this New Test Dashboard, we will rebrand the "Trending Course" and "Activities" reports. To rebrand the report you need to click on the settings cog icon and select the "Configure Report Tile Block" option from this settings menu. From this "Configuring a Report Tile block" page, you can change the Background Colour and Text Colour fields according to your need and then click on the "Save changes" button. Now you can see here that the "Trending course" tile colors have been modified. Similarly, you can rebrand the "Activities" report tile as well using the same steps showed previously. You can also change the icon on this tile report according to your need.

In this LearnerScript features explanatory short video you will see how we can check any particular Moodle course-related top 10 Quizzes activity details using the LearnerScript tool. Let's dive into the video now! In this LearnerScript Quizzes Dashboard, we can see the Quizzes summary table that contains details such as Quiz Names, its associated Course name, average grade, Pass grade, max grade, attempted, in-progress and Completed learners, total attempts, total time spent, and Number of Views details. Let's check the top 10 quiz participation details based on total attempts for this Financial management Capstone course table. To do so You need to limit the table results to 10 then you need to sort this table by total attempts in descending order! You can see here the top 10 quizzes for financial management capstone course details. here you can see "Financial Management Capstone Quiz 1" is the top attempted quiz and followed by other quizzes! You can also see the total time spent on "Financial Management Capstone Quiz 1'. Once you click on the "Number of views" value for this particular quiz then you can see further details for this quiz activity view related to individual learners view counts as well. Now, let's add a chart for this report to see the top 10 quizzes summary report in graphical format! Click on the "Add Graph" option from above to add this chart. As you can see this chart is showing all the quiz participation details. To limit the records to only the top 10 quizzes, you need to click on the edit graph option then you need to sort by total attempts in descending order and limit the records to ten. This is how you can check any particular Moodle courses' top 10 quiz participations detail using LearnerScript!

Welcome to the LearnerScript "Course Profile Report" explanatory short video. -Using this course profile report, you can see any particular Moodle course profile details such as Course Fullname, enrolments, completions, total activities count, progress percentage, avg. grade, time-spent, etc. -you can use this report to compare 2 or more courses' progress side by side. -You need to enter the course names here if you want to compare them with one another. -Here you can see that the "Value chain management capstone" course is having the max " course completions" compared to the other courses and hence it's showing the max "progress" -Here you can see that the "Advanced Topics" course is having fewer "course completions" compared to the remaining courses, and as a result, showing less "course progress". -Here you can also see each individual course-related learner enrolment, completion, activity details by clicking on their respective numbers.

-How to Add or Remove a Field in Moodle Reports Using LearnerScript? -In this LearnerScript features explanatory short video you will see how we can add an extra column or remove an existing column. -Let's dive into the video Now! -Here on the LearnerScript dashboard you can see this "Course Report Test" widget. Let's customize this moodle report column. -On this "Course Report Test" page you can see the tabular report columns i.e. Course, Enrolments, Completions, activities, views, and progress. -now let's delete the Progress field from this report. -To do so click on the "Design" option from the above menu then you will be redirected to the design page of this course report. -If you want to remove the Progress column then you need to click on the delete icon beside the Progress field or you can also click on the toggle button beside the Progress field from the left-hand side dataset menu. -Once you remove the Progress Column then you need to click on this "preview button" to see the report changes preview. -If everything is okay then you can click on the "save button" and you will see the updated columns report here. -If you want to add an extra field to this report then go back to the design page. -Here let's add the Progress column again to this report. -Using the icons beside this Progress field, you can also rename this column name or you can align it according to your need and you can also set the column width for this field. -This is how you can add a column to any Moodle report using the LearnerScript tool.

Welcome to the LearnerScript tiles and widgets order rearrangements explanatory short video. In this video, you will see how we can rearrange any particular Moodle report positions in the LearnerScript dashboards. Let's dive into the video now! Here on the "LearnerScript Test dashboard", you can see here that 3 tiles and 2 widgets are being shown side by side. Now let's reposition the tiles and widgets order on this test dashboard. To do so you need to first click on the "Customise this page" button. Now go to the "LearnerScript test dashboard". Here on the test dashboard let's reposition the "Copy active learners" and "Copy Assignments" tiles arrangement order by dragging them across the dotted line sections. Also, let's rearrange the order of below 2 side-by-side widgets of the "Learners summary report" and "Course summary report" to be arranged one after another report. Just drag these 2 report widgets one after the other so that they can reposition on the whole dotted lines section. once finished rearranging orders of these Moodle Reports then you need to go back and click on the "stop customizing this page" button. Now you can see here on the test dashboard that the tiles and widgets positions are being rearranged. This is how you can rearrange any particular Moodle report order on any of the LearenrScript dashboards.
