To track Multi-Tenancy Moodle Course-related top learners with most Activity Completions, In this LearnerScript IOMAD Dashboard, you need to go to the manage reports section and scroll down till you find the "Top Learners" report. Using these multi-tenancy filters you can select any particular company, its department, and any particular Moodle course. Here in the below report table, you can see details such as learners, and their completed assignments, quizzes, SCORMS, activities, and grades. To track the details of learners with most activity completions you need to sort this table using the Completed Activities column in Descending order. Here you can see these are the top course activity completions counts by each learner. Using this "learns filter" you can search for any particular learner details as well. Let's show this top learners report in graphical format and to do so select add graph from the above menu then select "Bar" type from this dropdown. Enter chart name, Select series column, Y-axis value, and sort by "completed Activities" in "Descending" order then click on Add button. Here you can see this "Completed Activities" graph showing us the top learners and their completed activities count details. Similarly, this time let's select the "Artificial intelligence" Moodle course to see top learners' details with most activities completion. After sorting the completed activities column in descending order you can see that these are the top learners of the "Artificial intelligence" moodle course who have completed most of the activities. Welcome to the LearnerScript "Course Profile Report" explanatory short video. -Using this course profile report, you can see any particular Moodle course profile details such as Course Fullname, enrolments, completions, total activities count, progress percentage, avg. grade, time-spent, etc. -you can use this report to compare 2 or more courses' progress side by side. -You need to enter the course names here if you want to compare them with one another. -Here you can see that the "Value chain management capstone" course is having the max " course completions" compared to the other courses and hence it's showing the max "progress" -Here you can see that the "Advanced Topics" course is having fewer "course completions" compared to the remaining courses, and as a result, showing less "course progress". -Here you can also see each individual course-related learner enrolment, completion, activity details by clicking on their respective numbers.

Welcome to the LearnerScript Moodle reports hiding and removing concept explanatory short video! In this video, you will see how we can Hide or completely delete any particular Moodle report on the LearnerScript tool. Let's dive into the video! Here on the LearnerScripts' New Test Dashboard, you can see some reports in the form of tiles and widgets. If you want to hide any particular tile or widget report temporarily then you need to visit the manage reports section. From the manage reports page, you need to look for that particular report you want to hide. Here let's hide the "Copy Active Learners" report by clicking on the "EYE" icon. Now you can see that the "Copy Active Learners" tile report is being hidden from this dashboard. Similarly, you can also enable this report again using the "EYE" icon from the manage reports page. You can also hide and unhide the "assigment summary" widget report from this dashboard. You can also Delete permanently any particular tile or widget report using the "Cross" icon. Let's take an example of deleting the "Copy Active Learners" report. First, you need to find that report on the manage reports page and from there click on the "Cross" icon to delete this particular report permanently. Now you can see here that the "Copy Active Learners" report is now gone and also you can not find it on the manage reports list section also. As it is being removed permanently.

-How to Add or Remove a Field in Moodle Reports Using LearnerScript? -In this LearnerScript features explanatory short video you will see how we can add an extra column or remove an existing column. -Let's dive into the video Now! -Here on the LearnerScript dashboard you can see this "Course Report Test" widget. Let's customize this moodle report column. -On this "Course Report Test" page you can see the tabular report columns i.e. Course, Enrolments, Completions, activities, views, and progress. -now let's delete the Progress field from this report. -To do so click on the "Design" option from the above menu then you will be redirected to the design page of this course report. -If you want to remove the Progress column then you need to click on the delete icon beside the Progress field or you can also click on the toggle button beside the Progress field from the left-hand side dataset menu. -Once you remove the Progress Column then you need to click on this "preview button" to see the report changes preview. -If everything is okay then you can click on the "save button" and you will see the updated columns report here. -If you want to add an extra field to this report then go back to the design page. -Here let's add the Progress column again to this report. -Using the icons beside this Progress field, you can also rename this column name or you can align it according to your need and you can also set the column width for this field. -This is how you can add a column to any Moodle report using the LearnerScript tool.

How to Track Top 10 Quizzes on Your Moodle LMS Using LearnerScript? In this LearnerScript features explanatory short video you will see how we can check any particular Moodle course-related top 10 Quizzes activity details using the LearnerScript tool. Let's dive into the video now! In this LearnerScript Quizzes Dashboard, we can see the Quizzes summary table that contains details such as Quiz Names, its associated Course name, average grade, Pass grade, max grade, attempted, in-progress and Completed learners, total attempts, total time spent, and Number of Views details. Let's check the top 10 quiz participation details based on total attempts for this Financial management Capstone course table. To do so You need to limit the table results to 10 then you need to sort this table by total attempts in descending order! You can see here the top 10 quizzes for financial management capstone course details. here you can see "Financial Management Capstone Quiz 1" is the top attempted quiz and followed by other quizzes! You can also see the total time spent on "Financial Management Capstone Quiz 1'. Once you click on the "Number of views" value for this particular quiz then you can see further details for this quiz activity view related to individual learners view counts as well. Now, let's add a chart for this report to see the top 10 quizzes summary report in graphical format! Click on the "Add Graph" option from above to add this chart. As you can see this chart is showing all the quiz participation details. To limit the records to only the top 10 quizzes, you need to click on the edit graph option then you need to sort by total attempts in descending order and limit the records to ten. This is how you can check any particular Moodle courses' top 10 quiz participations detail using LearnerScript!

Let's dive into the video explanation. -Here we are going to login to the LearnerScript IOMAD demo site as a Manager. -Here on this LearnerScript IOMAD dashboard you can see these two comapany and department selection drop downs. you can select any particular company and its associated Department using these drop down options. -Here on the Learners summary report widget you can see the Learner progress details such as Total Course enrolments, Completions, in-progress courses, grades, badges, etc. for any particular company and it's associated departments. Let's see this Learners summary report in detail. -From here you can select any particular Company from the drop-down and then according to that company selected, you need to select the department from this beside department selection drop-down then click on the "get report" button. -Here using the filter icon you can select any particular Learner from that particular company and its associated department. -You can also make use of the calendar icon to select any particular date range for generating the results. -Using the graph icon you can see the Learner participations and progress reports in graphical formats. -Here on the report table using the sorting feature from the columns you can sort any particular column according to your need. -Using the message feature you can instantly send a direct message to any particular learners from this report.

In this video, you will see how a student or learner can log in to his LearnerScript account and check his Moodle course statistics reports or report progress using the LearnerScript tiles feature. First, you need to log in as a "student" to check the LearnerScript dashboard. once logged into LearnerScript you can see the following Moodle statistics reports which are helpful for every Moodle learner or student. 1. Enrolled Courses: This tile/statistics report gives the count of total enrolled courses by the student. He can see his course participation from the same report. 2. Site Visits: The objective behind the statistics report is to figure out how frequently your student visits the Moodle learning management system (LMS). 3. Average Time-spent on LMS: this report shows students the average amount of time he spends overall on his Moodle activities. 4. No Login Courses: this report shows a student that he has not logged in yet to so and so (number of) courses. 5. My Quizzes: This tile reports the learning analytics related to the quizzes on the courses enrolled by the Moodle students. It makes a comparison-kind of things about the quizzes, total quizzes across the enrolled courses, and the completed ones to the student. 6. My Assignments: Since assignments play a crucial role in the learning process of a Moodle student, this report becomes useful. Using this Moodle statistics report a student can make himself aware of his learning ability in finishing up his assignments. So these are the six Moodle statistics reports in general. However, customize any of these reports or create a new one on LearnerScript. Because this Moodle analytics plugin is such a custom-friendly one for Moodle users.
