Pachyderm is an easy-to-use multimedia authoring tool. Designed for people with little multimedia experience, Pachyderm is accessed through a web browser and is as easy to use as filling out a web form. Authors upload their own media (images, audio clips, and short video segments) and place them into pre-designed templates, which can play video and audio, link to other templates, zoom in on images, and more. Once the templates have been completed and linked together, the presentation is published and can then be downloaded and placed on the author's website or on a CD or DVD ROM. Authors may also leave their presentations on the Pachyderm server and link directly to them there. The result is an attractive, interactive Flash-based multimedia presentation.

Shared Work.org is a website offering a communication tool and a collaborative work space.

From the site, "FlashMeeting is an easy to use online meeting application, it allows a dispersed group of people to meet from anywhere in the world with an internet connection." It seems that, in addition to using FlashMeeting to facilitate the meeting, the site also posts an archive of the meeting, which you can point to from your own website.

This is free software that you can download in order to tag images (or elements in images) on your website/blog. The tool was created as a merchandising/marketing tool (e.g. visitors can find out where to buy all of the cool things in your image), but it seems ripe for other more scholarly purposes as well. Downside: unclear whether others can tag your images.

This video, by the "amazing" but otherwise anonymous Valerie, is posted to Nancy White's Full Circle website on Dec 13 2011. Nancy presented on change, social artists, and social artistry at a Change MOOC. This video attempts to both summarize and apply what Valerie learned from Nancy's presentation.

Phoebe, a "pedagogic planner" is, per the website "a web application designed to provide inspiration and practical support for learning design." In addition to building learning designs in Pheobe, users can also look at the learning design of others.

This website,created by the Clinton RESA, Ingham ISD, Macomb ISD & Shiawassee RESD, offers 21 technology concepts (e.g. blogs, digital citizenship, online video resources) that teachers might want to incorporate into their classrooms. While the site is aimed at K-12 teachers, it is likely that teachers at all levels can find something worthwhile here.
