This technological tool seems to have various applications in the field of education. I have brainstormed a few, any other ways to integrate this ICT tool into learning and teaching?

The following are two youtube clips I used during my Professional Experience for a Prep class to taech then their daysof the Week. Found it very effective. ACARA's implementation of the Australian Curriculum will enable students an equal and enriching education throughout the nation. As a future educator and studying for the past 4 years education, it is enlightening to know that in the near future, Australia as a nation will have one type of education for all states. This Pinterest page was contributed by a fellow tweeter, Matt, and has his pinboard of resources for students with special needs. It's UK based, but has some info re how to make literacy accessible to students with dyslexia/reading difficulties. You will need to sign up for TES Connect but it's free.

The attached link is to the Raising Children Network. While it is mainly focused at parents I believe it would be a very useful resource for teachers to utilise as well.

Here is a great online resource where you can buy printable online resources, that will be sent to you via email that you can then print and utilise within the classroom. There are valuable resources, covering all KLA's.

I found this link while searching for information for my assignment. I have not seen this model before and feel that it would work well for higher primary ages for science and history. Would love to know what other people think.

Goo.gl is like Tiny URL and shortens your url so that it fits and is more presentable in environments such as Twitter and Prezi.

This is a great website that I found, it is primarily set up for Pre-Service Teachers to help them build their ICTE (Information, Communication and Technology in Education) capabilities. It even has little packages that you can log into the site with your Scootle account and look at practical hints and tips on integrating ICTs into your lessons in English, History, Maths and Science. Easy to use and quite informative. Has a lot of information about TPACK too :) the packages come in three areas, early childhood, upper primary/lower secondary and years 9/10. There is even reflective video clips from Pre-Service Teachers that have used these packages.
