Hostgator Review

It appears that customers are having issues accessing their sites. At this time, the issue is only affecting ATT/Comcast users who are on reseller servers, rondo and barracuda.

From the very beginning it was really good with HostGator, I should admit. But about a year later problems began.

well you might want to delete this but I really dont care. I just wanted to share my experiments with hostgator.

I got a serious hacker problem, two weeks ago my site or account got hacked and that hacker redirected our domain to a hacker site in malasia (bad spelling)

I was just checking into installing the live video chat plugin for FlashChat. Unfortunately, it looks like Flash Media Server / Red5 Server has to be configured to support this.

This has got to be one of the fastest support tickets ever! I was trying to reset my password on my dedicated server but encountered errors during form submission.

3 of my sites on shared hostgator are in the top 4 results on my keywords. I am so happy that HG can handle the traffic from Google - I've never had a better host! Quick response time to any tickets - lightning fast service!

I've been now with HOSTGATOR for about 2 weeks, So far, this is my review.

Sorry to tell you this but you have a serious problem, and it is very upsetting: in about 2 weeks since i've choose your hosting service, I've already lost about 30% of my previous visitors.

They moved it out of the reviews forum for some reason… never put it back even after they made a request and I replied.

Well I have a dedicated server, I have been a customer for about 5 years, every 7 or 8 months or so you will experience a heart stopping, business issue that will really have you frustrated.

This a great site people are nice at hostgator even on the phone i had downgrade my plan from reseller that i just got yesterday to webhost because i choose the wrong plan

I am creating a back end photo album that will allow admins to come in the back end, make new albums and upload pictures to already existing albums.

Hello - I am having troubles with my blog. I had not touched anything in a long time (probably a couple of months at least). Then a friend told me he was getting an error when trying to add a comment to my blog.

New client here, had another site on godadddy and decided to try you out even though godaddy was offering lower prices (but lower storage/etc) since i read amazing reviews of your service.

I have been through many many different hosting companies. Host Gator has proved to be the best I have dealt with. The support is absolutely phenomenal. I had a question in the middle of the night, there was a representative on to help resolve my minor question.

My forum has been down for at least 10 hours. I submitted a ticket at least 10 hours ago and still have received no response. I see that others are having what seems to be the same issue. Why no response? Why hasn't this been addressed? Not a happy customer right now!

First of all I have a managed dedicated server. At some point early yesterday, my mysql went down. I couldn't do anything myself to get it running again. I posted a ticket at 1:30pm. It was replied to at about 6pm - saying it had been resolved. I checked, it was NOT resolved. I let them know this, and they replied within an hour saying it had been resolved.

Im thinking of moving from hostgator now because support is really really slow now. When i signed up with HG i used to get replies within 30min-1hour i dont mind 2-3 hours but when something is urgent and it's an emergency I can't wait 5 hours for a reply…

I didn't give a review after experiencing hosting so here it is , quick and fast.
