Tigmanshu Dhulia brings Saif Ali Khan back with bang, as he stars in the former’s upcoming film Bullett Raja. Speaking on the association, Dhulia says, "I worked with Soha Ali Khan on Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns and I'm sure she spoke to her brother about this script. Saif, in turn, expressed a desire to work together. To have an actor with a vernacular image playing this role would have been boring.'' "I needed someone like Saif, who is charming and sophisticated, because it's more of a challenge to get him to play something the audience will not normally associate him with. My hero is not dark and intense. He is endearing and impulsive. In fact, Saif never starts a fight in the film, but he ensures he always finishes it.'' In the film, Saif is teamed up with Sonakshi Sinha. Tigmanshu says, "After years, I saw a screen couple that has the Amitabh-Rekha magic. Saif and Sona are in sharp contrast with each other and therein lies the interest factor. Young guns Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra starrer upcoming film Gunday is set to introduce the real life of Bengal. It would be for the first time when film industry’s popular banner Yash Raj Films is coming out with a new pasture, Bengal and its customs.Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra, it is scheduled to hit theatres on Valentine's Day on 14th of February 2014.  “Shot extensively in West Bengal, especially Kolkata, the film's backdrop essentially lends itself to releasing the film in Bengali. Besides, Gunday has another strong Bengali connect as Bappi da has given music and this is the first time that YRF and Bappi da have come together,” said a spokesperson.The coveted banner release Calcutta's most turbulent times of the 70's and this is at the soul of the film with the characters seeped in the culture of that time. The shooting of the film was done in Kolkata and some parts at Durgapur and Raniganj. According to sources, the film's story is based on the lives of two small time thieves who later get involved in the coal mafia. “The plans for releasing the film also in Bengali was finalised at the pre-production stage,” added sources.YRF plans to release the teaser poster and teaser trailer in Bengali this week.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram-leela has kept the audience waiting eagerly for the movie ever since the release of its official trailer. Ishqyaun Dhishqyaun is one such song that has stirred the audience with the on-screen chemistry between Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.Penned by Siddharth-Garima, the music is by the director Sanjay Leela Bhansali himself. The song has Deepika and Ranveer dancing in sync with each other and showing a naughty romance through their moves. Both the lead actors reportedly underwent strenuous rehearsals for the filming of the song. In-spite of the extensive practice session neither of the actors complained. In fact Ranveer was heard saying that he had a lot of fun while shooting for the song. Vishnu Dheva, who has choreographed the crazy steps for the foot-tapping song said “they’ve done their best”. If Sylvester Stallone-Arnold Schwarzenegger combination The Expendables 2 was Rowdy Rathore, Trust me Escape Plan is Ra.One and Trimurti of Hollywood. My first question is why this film is directed by Mikael Hafstrom. Mikael Hafstrom is a director who made some commendable Horror/Thrillers such as The Rite (Anthony Hopkins), Shanghai (John Cusack), Derailed and one of my favorite 1408 (John Cusack and Samuel L Jackson). 1408 still scares the hell out of me.Take a close look at the film Escape Plan's trailer and i promise you will know the entire plot of the movie. But a craziest fan of Arnie and Stallone (Like myself, Of course) you would like to watch the two biggest super action (Aging) stars on the screen.Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone), an expert of breaking out of federal maximum security prisons who is hoodwinked into testing a new privately run facility for people who should not be allowed out in the real world. In the allegedly escape-proof prison (Which was designed with references from Ray's book), known as The Tomb, he meets Rottmayer (Arnold Schwarzenegger -Appears exactly after 35 minutes of the Film). And together they plot their eventual liberation.Just when you start to feel Escape Plan can become Stallone's 90's Lock Up and Arnie's Terminator 2 (Both fantastic films of the stars respectively),The movie starts becoming easy and ill-logical. The Prison Doctor (Sam Neill) who gets so easily convinced by Ray (In hardly few seconds), and arranges the Helicopter along with Guns etc for their escape. Ray's partner's involvement with Warden Hobbs (Jim Caveizel). And of course the hopeless climax which will definitely make you think what went wrong with Arnie-Stallone's head while coming on board for this movie.Oh? Did i miss the "Muslim" inmate who helps both Arnold and Stallone in their Escape? Gosh! That was so Bollywoodish!Speaking of performances, Stallone is good but handicapped by a bad script. Arnold appears just how Jackie Shroff used to appear in films that were made after 2000. Stallone uses Arnold as a "Chai-Wala' in the whole film and Arnold looked very comfortable doing this part (I am still surprised). Sam Neill is another example of any Kiran Kumar's character from any Bollywood Film. Jim Caveizel is a wonderful talent wasted in this Multi Million dollar "Proposal". Now, Why do i call this one as a "Proposal"? Because, I heard somewhere that Hollywood and Bollywood make such kinds of film to lure the Audiences and fails miserably.Mikael Hafstrom, as I pointed out earlier is good at his Horror/Thriller works. He is not capable in making or executing an action flick which he proves with Escape Plan. The Production Value, Camera Work is good but doesn't help a Bad Script. The Screenplay and Editing is jerky and boring. If you (Still Dare To) see the film, There are lots of unanswered questions.Escape Plan does not even works for its Action, Because it does not have it. I will also not recommend you to rent the film on DVD or Blu Ray because such films are best on the Free Television Premiere which i guess will happen soon. I feel sorry for Heroes such as Arnold Schwarzenegger (Especially) and Sylvester Stallone!
