Speculations were rife of late that Kareena Kapoor Khan was set to get paired up with her Bodyguard co-star Salman Khan yet again for one of the most awaited films, to be directed by Sooraj Barjatya.With the movie, Salman is coming back with Sooraj Barjatya after the gap of 14 years, as they last worked together in Hum Saath Saath Hain. Earlier reports said that actresses from Diana Penty, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma, Parineeti Chopra to Ileana D’Cruz were approached for the role.And latest the sources claimed Salman has recommended his co-star of films like Mr. and Mrs. Khanna, Kyunki, and Bodyguard for the movie. It was also said that she has already been signed for the same, however, the further reports from sources has that the rumours are not true at all."There is no truth in it. We have not finalised anyone yet. Lot of speculation is happening over who the heroine will be but we are yet to finalise things. In a month's time, we would decide," sources said. The makers are yet to set the title of the film, which would go on the floors in June next year. The shooting might take place in Mumbai, Gujarat and Rajasthan.

The Ashtami celebrations at The North Bengal Sarbajanin Durga Puja at The Tulip Star, Juhu on 12th Oct, 2013, had celebrated Music composer, Pritam and his musicians enthrall the audience with a show that got everyone to their feet from the word go. The show had Pritam and his band belt out one hit number after another with performances from renowned singers- Rekha Bhardwaj, Harshdeep Kaur, Neeti Mohan, Ash King and Javed Ali among others. The energy of the performances soon spread to the audience who were on their feet as the singers came down and mingled with them. We saw some cool dance moves from directors Anurag Basu, Ayan Mukerji and their families while Pritam matched them step by step!!The stage is now set for none other than Sukhwinder Singh who will perform on Nobomi night-13th Oct, 2013.

B-town actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is all excited about her upcoming films, however she is looking forward to the most is Dev Benegal’s film Bombay Samurai, where she will star opposite Farhan Akhtar. Career-wise things are not flourishing for Kareena, as two have her films, Satyagraha and Gori Tere Pyaar Mein failed to impress the audience.  However, she thinks that things will change with Bombay Samurai, which is a crazy zany rollicking roller coaster ride with amazing twists and turns. Sources close to the project, said, "There are seven to eight pivotal characters. But Kareena and Farhan Akhtar preside over the show.""They play a couple like no other seen before in our films. They are wacky and unpredictable. The two actors will have a ball playing their outgoing zestful characters," the sources added. It is learnt that both Bebo and Farhan are keen to work with each other. Says Farhan, "I've seen Kareena's work. She is consistently excellent. I was keen to work with her. Dev's film gives us a chance to try something different."Kareena, on the other side, "I admire Farhan for being multi-talented. Which other director has done so well as an actor? Farhan took my breath away in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. I am really looking forward to working with him."Little birdie chirps that the film will go on the floors post Kareena's annual holiday in Switzerland in December.

If the latest buzz is anything to go by, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton is back with his ex-girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger. It is learnt that the couple are keen to give second chance to their seven-year-long relationship. Sources close to the couple said that they have got back together after having Thanksgiving dinner together.Little birdie chirps that on the Thanksgiving Day, November 28, Hamilton’s father Anthony invited Scherzinger over dinner, and sources even spotted the racer leaving Hamilton`s house with the singer the next day. It was evident that the couple was in a very happy and cheerful mood."Lewis invited Nicole over because he wanted to make sure she had a happy Thanksgiving and she wasn’t lonely. So he and Anthony asked her round. They celebrated and then she stayed the night. She and Lewis had a lovely time and she definitely left with a big smile on her face," said a source.We hope that the couple succeed in resolving their issues and come around as much more stronger this time!

Aamir Khan had to be on medication to keep nausea down for days when the actor was shooting for Dhoom 3’s song, Malang. The song has been shot at a huge height of about 80 feet and Aamir was to rotate 60 times in a minute for the same.Aamir plays the role of a gymnast in Dhoom 3 and this was required. It is the first time the actor will be doing a thing like that. However, the perfectionist that he is, the actor willingly took it up without complaints and wanted to do it just the right way. It took the team about 15 days to complete the shoot of the song and Aamir Khan was on medication for those many days. The medication was to help him keep nausea down. As he was at a huge height, taking turns, it is human to feel nauseated.Also to make sure all is well, the makers of the movie specially called a doctor, who works with gymnasts, to be on the sets to help Aamir. Dhoom 3 is a high on energy song. In terms of scale or budgets it is going to be massive. The song is around the central theme of gymnastic and will have 200 dancers in the frame.Spokesperson of Aamir Khan says, "The song was being shot at about 80 feet from the ground. To do this, Aamir was on special medication to be able to perform at ease without major effects on his health."

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, who had undergone a brain surgery for the removal of a clot in July this year, heads to an unrevealed location abroad for his medical treatment. He is reportedly been suffering bouts of headache and will undergo through the medical check-up to his surgery. Earlier, his brain operation was held at Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai.     His director father Rakesh Roshan also confirmed his travel plan. He said on Friday, “Hrithik is leaving on Saturday. He will be going with a friend.” When asked if Hrithik would be accompanied by his parents, Rakesh Roshan said, “We'll join him if there is a need for us to do so.” Does it mean the films, Hrithik was working on has been put on hold until he will not be done with the treatment? Sources said Hrithik's next project Shuddhi, produced by Karan Johar and directed by Karan Malhotra, has been postponed to July 2014.Sources said, “Shuddhi is a story of reincarnation. Films about rebirth are always tricky to pull off. The script of Shuddhi needs more work. Hrithik's health is not the issue here, the script needs to be polished.” Hrithik Roshan has been roped in opposite Kareena Kapoor in Shuddhi.Hrithik was last seen in Rakesh Roshan’s directorial Krrish 3 that minted huge money at box-office. The R...Rajkumar team unveiled the first ever custom comic for a Bollywood film at the Reliance Digital Store in Mumbai today. Producer Viki Rajani, director Prabhu Dheva and the lead pair- Sonakshi Sinha and Shahid Kapoor - who looked all excited to present the fun-filled comic of their upcoming film, were present at the event.The storyline of the comic has been shortlisted from the entries sent by enthusiastic fans across the nation. The winners not only got the once-in-a-lifetime chance to feature in the comics, but were also invited and introduced at the launch.Talking about R...Rajkumar’s custom comic, producer Viki Rajani said "Movie marketing continues to become more innovative and with this film, we have attempted initiatives to reach across all mediums. I'm happy to have the first ever custom comic book for R...Rajkumar which involved direct participation by fans and showed their keen response and enthusiasm".Shahid and Sonakshi, ecstatic with the response the songs of the film have been receiving, said that they were eagerly looking forward to the release of the film. Shahid also danced to Gandi Baat, much to the delight of the crowd present at the event. Excited to feature in the comic for the first time, Sonakshi said "My brothers would always be reading comics and I would never be allowed to touch them. Buzz doing around the telly world has that popular actor Shantanu Maheshwari aka Sham of popular show Dil Dostii Dance (Cinevistaas Productions) on Channel V has decided to quit the show. However, the young actor stabbed the report saying he is going nowhere and will stick to the show till its end.According to the sources, “The creative head of the show, Palki Malhotra with whom Shantanu shares a very close relation was shown the door, allegedly because of her affinity towards him. With co-actors Shakti Mohan and Kunwar Amar supposedly not liking the importance Shantanu was showered in terms of screen time, and complaining to the channel about the same, the lanky guy was left alone when his dear friend Palki, bid farewell to the show.”It was also buzzed that Shantanu spreading news that he too has decided to close the D3 chapter from his book, when his sole pillar of support is no more with him in it. It is said to be the reason Shantanu walking out of the show.  However, Shantanu come out rubbishing all the rumors saying, “I really don’t want to give any reasons to all these rumours, but would just want to tell my fans that I am not quitting D3. I am very much a part of it, so they need not get anxious.”This must be a relief for the fans of Shantanu.

After the failure of his directorial debut Aryan, filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor made successful comeback in direction with the release of Rock On!, with which Farhan Akhtar also made his acting-singing debut. The film was produced by Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production company Excel Entertainment.
