Shilpa Shetty Kundra, who has been a vital actress in the Bollywood industry has done various kinds of roles in her career and is currently settling for the role of a filmmaker, with her movie Dishkiyaaoon in line. The actress says that she won’t act for the other 18 months, till the time her son Viaan doesn’t start understanding her work.The actress said, “I will take At least another year-and-a-half... till Viaan is able to communicate with me and understands my work. Then may be I will think of doing a film.”Shilpa is seen on the small screens now-a-days and is also seen doing many endorsements. The actress was last seen as the judge of the dance reality show Nach Baliye 5 and is gearing up to judge another season of the show.She said, “TV is easier, and for endorsements, I can command when I want to work. It's kind of suited to my current role - being a mother, the most wonderful role of my life. I am enjoying it.”She has taken a sabbatical from the industry as films take a lot of time, and she needs to give time to her son as well. She said, “Honestly, it is a self-imposed sabbatical. My priority definitely is Viaan at the moment. I haven't thought about films really, it's just too time consuming.”Talking about her production Dishkiyaaoon, the action thriller stars Harman Baweja and Sunny Deol in the lead roles. The movie will also introduce Ayesha Khanna to the industry.

Looks like singer Kylie Minogue is finding it tough to deal with her break-up with beau Andres Velencoso, and wants to get back with him. For those unaware, after dating for five years, the two parted ways, and sources said that the spilt happened due to their respective work commitments.However, if believe Minogue, the two are much in contact, and talks to each other every day, and that’s why it is assumed that the separation is not permanent. “Despite the split being a mutual decision Kylie’s not convinced it’s the right one,” said a source.“They still speak every day and are beyond close. In some ways while they are not together, their daily life actually hasn’t changed because they never saw each other anyway,” the source added. It is learnt that Minogue is looking forward to spend her Christmas with Velencoso. “Kylie hopes that they can rekindle what they had and this split will be temporary,” a source said.“She is hoping they will spend Christmas together. At this stage Australia is on her mind as a place where they can work things out,” the source added.We hope things improve between the two!

It is said that they have been dating for quite some time, and now their relationship is said to have gotten serious, as recently Garth met up with his family and friends recently.Sources claim that Elba, 41, entered in relationship with Garth only sometime back. "They've been together for a few months but it's really ramped up recently. They get on brilliantly and she's a real hit with his family and friends. Idris is known as a ladies' man but he's really not at all. He'd rather have banter at the bar than spend all night grafting on women. Although he doesn't have to try anyway, women flock to him," a source said.Meanwhile, some time back, the actor, who shares 11-year-old daughter, Isan, with his ex-wife Dormowa Sherman, had said that the fame came in between his love life, and he is only approached by women, who want his autograph."Look, you probably think I'm out there all the time. Megastar Shah Rukh Khan was recently invited to the 19th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF), where he said that he is looking forward to take Bengali lessons from actress-politician Jaya Bachchan, as he wants to be a true Bengali."Thank you Kolkata for adopting me and giving me the opportunity to be here. I have been coming here for the last three years and I promise you next time I am here I will speak in Bengali so Jaya aunty feels I am truly, truly from Kolkata then. I will come to you and learn from you. So next time when you stand on stage I will be a true Bengali and welcome everyone," said the actor at the event. One may recall that during the inaugural ceremony Jaya Bachchan had said that her hubby Amitabh Bachchan, SRK, and Kamal Haasan are non-real Bengalis. For those unaware, SRK is also the brand ambassador of West Bengal, and he hoped that such festival assist in giving a boost to Indian films."Festivals like this one express collective happiness over life, I think. The youngest, cutest but a non-performer of Bigg Boss house, Pratyusha Banerjee  has been eliminated from the house after a tough vote-out last Saturday. She was in elimination with likes Gauhar Khan, Kamya Punjabi, Tanisha Mukherjee and Ajaz Khan. It was said to be the toughest vote-out of the season, where each contestant was equally important to the show.Talking about the experience on the show, Pratyusha admits that she felt vulnerable and unprotected as one of the inmates. “I was the youngest and I am also a very private person. I connect with very few close friends in real life. Suddenly, I was thrown together with all these people I had never met. Everyone in there was much older than me. It was scary. But it was also a challenge. I’ve come away from the experience much stronger and I’d like to think wiser.”Pratyusha is said to have dropped her popular show Balika Vadhu to participate in Bigg Boss. She added that she have made some good friends in there. “Kamya Punjabi was my best friend in there. I also grew very close to Armaanji (Armaan Kohli), Tanisha Mukherjee and very recently Ajaz Khan who entered Bigg Boss very late. They’re my friends for life.”As for doing another reality show, Pratyusha said, “Not for a very long time. And even if I am offered one, I’d think very carefully before doing it. Right now I only want my old life back.”About some memories in the house, she said, “No one had anything bad to say about me. I’d rather not think about the unpleasant side of the experience. Bigg Boss is the biggest reality-show in India, and perhaps in the world. I went into it on a clean slate. I had completed all my pending assignments and put a closure on personal issues. Since the remaking trend is at its peak in Bollywood, Why must Marathi Film industry left behind? Remakes of southern films are working wonders in Bollywood. Many A-list actors such as Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn seem to prefer remakes of popular south films as they have proved to be successful in Bollywood too.Debutant director Anup Jagdale is all set to make his first debut Marathi feature film titled Bharla Malwat Rakhtaana. Insiders claimed the film to be an Official remake of Rekha starrer 1998 cult hit Khoon Bhari Maang which was about a wealthy widow who is almost killed by her lover and sets out for revenge. The film was a comeback venture for Rekha in that year and was a critical and commercial success. It was said when Rakesh Roshan started shooting this film, Many close friends warned him about the project being Risky as it had no commercial 'Hero-Angle' in the film. "My film is about a woman who is cheated and betrayed and she is almost killed only to bounce back for a Brutal Revenge rampage Marathi Cinema will ever see. I will not speak further about the film as i want the audience to enjoy my final product." said first timer Anup Jagdale. The casting of the film is also kept under-wraps, However it is confirmed that acclaimed Marathi actor Milind Shinde will enact the character of Shatrughan Sinha.The Trade and the Media is curious to know about the actress playing the role of Rekha. Few names such as Sai Tamhankar and Sonalee Kulkarni bumped in, but director Anup Jagdale remained lip-tight about the actress.The poster of the film also carries just the name of the film along with main credits. The shoot of the film is going on at the locales of Maharashtra and the film is all set to release on 1st December 2013.

Film industry’s well-known director Krishna Shah has recently died on October 13. Veteran actress Zeenat Aman, who had worked with the filmmaker in film Shalimar, says he was a warm and hospitable man, who loved cinema and was always excited about the new projects.The 61-year-old actress about her coordinal terms with Krishna Shah said, “I met Krishna Shah for the last time about eight to nine months ago at his home in Juhu where he had a get-together for close friends. He was his usual friendly effusive self, looking after all his guests personally, making sure everyone was comfortable. Krishna Shah was a very warm and hospitable man. I had great fun shooting Shalimar with him. My god that was 35 years ago, it seems like yesterday.”She added that Shalimar was made simultaneously in Hindi and English and with international stars of the calibre of Rex Harrison and Gina Lolobrigida. “Off course, Gina later backed out, and we had Sylvia Miles instead. In fact, the film created a whole lot news and speculation even before we began shooting. I remember we were in Bangalore for the shooting in two languages English and Hindi. Dharamji (her co-star Dharmendra) and I were burning the midnight oil. When we were not shooting, he was with his English tutor brushing up his English dialogues, and I was with my Hindi tutor improving my Hindi,” Zeenat recalled.Zeenat added that Krishna was caring person who always made sure all of us were comfortable. “He loved cinema. I remember once when we met, he spent considerable time speaking of my cameo in Bhopal Express. He would always be excited about the next film that he was doing, and then the one after that... He would discuss the movies he wanted me to be in.”The film Shalimar might not have worked at the box office, but the songs by RD Burman play on to this day. They were like Aaina Wohi Rehta Hai, Hum Bewafaa Hargiz Na The and One Two Cha Cha Cha.
