And needless to say, her 45th birthday would have been really forgettable this year, if it was not her beau Liev Schreiber, who whisked her away for the big day.In a relationship since eight years, the couple has two sons, Alexander, six, and Samuel, four, together, whom they refer to as Sasha and Kai. On Watts’ birthday, Liev, was spotted escorting the former on to a private helicopter at the VIP Heliport in New York City for a romantic birthday celebration.Needless to say, the beautiful actress was pretty excited about the trip and was overloaded with Louis Vuitton luggage. The two-time Oscar nominee, Watts began her birthday celebrations a day early at the premiere of Captain Phillips at the New York Film Festival on Friday night.It was earlier this year that Liev had clarified that he and Watts has no plans to marry, in a way, quashing rumours which said they are already married. The 46-year-old Yale graduate said, "It's complicated, and it's private, too."However, he did say that they are very much in love and their children have made him a better person. He said, "I had been a very selfish person most of my life, and that shifts quickly and dramatically. It's painful and fascinating and ultimately really wonderful, but I am particularly lucky because I have exquisitely beautiful, talented, brilliant children."Lucky man!
