The Barfi girl says that her man should be a male version of herself. “I have a very long list and very high standards. He has to be a gentleman, he has to be intelligent, someone I respect and funny, not stupid funny but witty funny, charming. Basically, a male version of me,” Priyanka said, who was last seen in the remake of Zanjeer. The 31-year-old actor also divulged that it is not important whether he is an actor or not. “He needs to be an achiever, it doesn't matter if he is an actor or not an actor. I would never respect a guy who is not an achiever,” she said.Priyanka’s next Yash Raj Films’ Gunday has launched its first teaser featuring her opposite two male actors- Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. Priyanka, who is missing from the teaser of Gunday, says it's obviously a promotional strategy for the movie. “Obviously it's a promotional strategy. The film is Gunday and the boys play Gunday which is why the introduction for them was important. This is a teaser and in the theatrical, rest of the characters - me, Irrfan Khan and the boys will be there, and you will get to know about the film,” averred Priyanka.The film is releasing on February 14.

After winning million fans as the protagonist, Maanvi, in Star Plus’ hit show Ek Hazaaro Mein Meri Behena Hai, the pretty and vivacious Niaa Sharma went missing from the screen.And now, she is coming back with a new show. She will anchor the finale episode of MTV Webbed, being produced by Lost Boy Productions and Balaji Telefilms. It is based on cyber crime and the final episode will air on 15 December 2013. Actors like Veebha Anand, Vrinda Dawda and Chestha Bhagat will be seen in the finale episode.Confirming the report, Niaa said, “Yes, I have already shot for the final episode and it was super fun shooting after a while now. I got opportunity to showcase my hosting skills after a long time. I did anchor a bit during my school days. In daily soaps, you have to enact a character but here I have to be myself. I always wanted to be a part of a youth show and I am happy to host MTV Webbed.”Talking about anchoring whether she would like to do more in the same field or concentrate more on acting, Niaa said, “Yes, I would love to. But according to me, hosting business is male dominated in Indian television. The way men can mimic or crack any kind of joke, it connects with viewers. It doesn’t mean female can’t do it but daily soaps are female oriented and anchoring is male dominated.”Indeed, good news for her fans!

Here is what she said: "I think it happened when I was not even born. I found out when I was growing up and started understanding things. Here’s one more high-profiled project landed in the kitty of petite actress Parineeti Chopra. She has signed another romantic film titled Daawat-e-Ishq post two hit films Ishaqzaade and Shuddh Desi Romance. The project will be directed by Do Dooni Char and Ishaqzaade fame Habib Faisal and features Aditya Roy Kapur, Karan Wahi in the male lead roles. Anupam Kher would be seen essaying supporting character in the film, which is said to be a romantic comedy.Parineeti will work for the second time with Habib, while it would be her first venture with Aditya Roy, who rose to fame with Aashiqui 2. Karan Wahi, popular TV actor who has done shows like Dill Mill Gyye, Kuch Toh Loh Kahenge, Indian Idol Junior (hosting), will make his debut with the film. Veteran actor Anupam Kher confirmed the news sharing it on his micro-blogging site, “Delighted to be part of Daawat-e-Ishq with Parineeti Chopra, Habib Faisal, Aditya Roy Kapur and Karan Wahi.”Currently Parineeti is busy shooting for director Vinil Mathew on his project Hasee Toh Phasee, being produced by Karan Johar. The actress was recently approached to play third girl, along with Sonakshi Sinha and Yaami Gautam, in Prabhudheva's Action Jackson.However, she rather chose to work with Sajid Khan, who is shooting Humshakals. In the film she has been paired opposite Riteish Deshmukh. Bips is great friends with both Riteish and Sajid. Hence the role, which was Bipasha offered in Action Jackson, which stars Ajay Devgn as male lead, will be played by supermodel Manasvi Mamgai.Even Humshakals stars three leading ladies. While Bips is paired opposite Riteish, the other two Tamannaah Bhatia and Esha Gupta, are opposite Saif Ali Khan. The shooting of the film is currently taking place in UK, where Sajid has finalised locations, such as London, Portsmouth and Gosport."In London for Humshakals, new film. Deshmukh and co-stars Saif Ali Khan and Ram Kapoor each play a triple role in the film.As of now, the star-cast is working on a dance sequence and a comic torture scene on location in London.
