Soha Ali Khan, the sister of Saif Ali Khan shares a good relationship compatibility with her sister in law aka Kareena Kapoor. Soha says that Bebo has set her priorities right on professional and personal fronts. Soha says, “We are very much ourselves and what I love about her is in spite of being a huge star, she is a very down to earth person. Physically also she is without make up, chilled out and naturally very beautiful as a person. I know how difficult it is to be an actor and work and then have to look after your personal life. I respect the fact that she is clear in her priorities about work and my brother. So I have lot of respect for her as a person and we get along very well... She likes me because I am like my brother.”Soha is happy for her brother Saif and feels that Kareena has positive influence on him. She said, “If you sit with four actors you will realise no actor is interested in another actor's work. They will immediately switch off. We are more interested in talking about what is happening off set, we indulge in gossip all the time but I am not telling you.”The actress is also very excited about her war comedy flick, War Chhod Na Yaar. She said, “This particular representation at border is unique. I always wanted to go to the border and I was looking to get an opportunity to go to Kargil. Sharman Joshi and I went to Wagah Border when we were shooting for Rang De Basanti. I always had this imagination of going there after seeing Border, LOC and to know as to what happens there.”The actress will be seen playing the role of a reporter in the movie. It also stars Sharman Joshi, Jaaved Jaffrey, Dalip Tahil and Mukul Dev. The movie will hit screen son the 11th of October.

Unlike the masala oriented themes that filmmakers used to target, debutant director Faraz Haider decided to showcase the relations between the two countries, India-Pakistan, in a light manner in his upcoming film War Chhod Na Yaar, starring Sharman Joshi, Soha Ali Khan and Jaaved Jaaferi. It is India’s first war comedy based film.For choosing this odd and controversial concept, the young filmmaker said he and his team have taken some harmless cinematic liberties in portraying different characters on both sides (India and Pak). Faraz shares, “Until now, almost all films made on Indo-Pak issues showed Pakistan in a bad light. I'm not saying it is wrong, nor am I pointing fingers at anyone. Also, the purpose behind making this film is not to hurt Pakistan or its people. We’ve shown the human side of all army men, Indian or Pakistani, without forgetting their sacrifices for their countries. But we have taken some harmless cinematic liberties in portraying different characters on both sides.”He explained that the initial days on the film weren’t easy. “When I thought of making this film, many people close to me told me not to touch this topic as it would be too sensitive. I understand India and Pakistan have a lot of problems which need an immediate solution. But instead of solving them, we're busy fighting over unimportant issues,” he said.Produced by AOPL Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, War Chhod Na Yaar is coming in theaters on October 11.

It’s time for actress Jennifer Lawrence to make a cameo appearance in the Dumb and Dumber sequel. The 23-year-old Oscar - winning actress was spotted on the set of the highly-anticipated comedy in Atlanta to play the younger model of Kathleen Turner's character.You may know that in the past Lawrence was heard revealing her interest in the original 1994 flick to late-night host Jimmy Fallon back in January. "I know every word to 'Dumb and Dumber,' 'Step Brothers' and 'Anchorman,'" she had said.And when Fallon asked the beautiful actress on the lines from the films, she came up with all the right answers. Shooting for a cameo was not a tough task for Lawrence as she is currently filming the Hunger Games trilogy in Georgia, which happens to be the same state where Dumb and Dumber 2 is being shot at the moment.The film’s actors, Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels shared photos from the set this week dressed in full costumes as, Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne, the characters they play in the movie. For the uninitiated, in the sequel, they funnymen would be on the road trip searching for Harry's long-lost daughter.Dumb and Dumber To is set to hit theaters in 2014!

Son of veteran actor-comedian Jagdeep, actor Javed Jaffrey claims that he never used his father’s name to get work in the film industry. The multi-talented chap is known for his roles in films like 100 Days, Fire, Earth, Salaam Namaste, Singh is Kingg and 3 Idiots and others."Being the son or daughter of a legendary film personality you get more respect. But I have never used that as an influence to enter industry. It is not that I got work because of him. My father did not do a film for me or launched me, he wanted us to do things on our own," Javed said."Rather I never thought I will enter the film industry, it happened all by chance. Destiny played a part and brought me here in this industry," he said. Jaffrey is known for his versatility, as he has done positive, negative as well as comic roles. "I like to play all kind of roles. You can't do same stuff every time as it becomes boring. Comedy is my soft spot. But I love doing action, thriller, drama and negative. I am not comfortable with sexuality, intimate scenes," he said.Next, he will appear in debutante director Faraz Haider's War Chhod Na Yaar. "I am playing captain Qureshi from the Punjab region of Pakistan. So my tone in the film is Punjabi-Urdu. The film establishes relationship in an interesting way. I had great fun doing this film," he said.The film also stars Sharman Joshi and Soha Ali Khan!

Shah Rukh Khan, who outshined all at the Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA), said recently that his upcoming film Chennai Express by Rohit Shetty is an all rounder film. He said it is a comedy, action and entertainment packed project different from the intense and serious films he has done in the recent past.

Even though Indra Kumar-directed Grand Masti worked well at the box-office, and turned out to be the first adult film to enter in 100-crore-club, the film has been written off by the critics, and has garnered a lot of disapproval.In fact, film director Zoya Akhtar has nothing good to say about the adult comedy film Grand Masti, and says she would never waste her money for such movies."Grand Masti... I wouldn't even enter to watch it. I have seen the promo and I know that it is not for me. It is appalling, it will make me very irritable and there is no way I am going to give money to this film," the 40-year-old said.The film starred Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani and Riteish Deshmukh. And even though Zoya is not disturbed that a bad film like Grand Masti made money, but it does hurt her when good cinema fails to impress the audience. "I feel sad when good films don't make money. When bad films make money, I am like 'something had to come out of it, he has no talent so he might as well make some cash'. But a good filmmaker should make money," she said at the launch of film critic Anupama Chopra's book 100 Films To See Before You Die.We hope things would change for better in coming days!

She says her dream of portraying a super girl in movies has come true with Krrish 3, directed by Rakesh Roshan and featuring Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra and Vivek Oberoi.Kangana says she always wanted to play characters with the qualities of a supergirl. She says her dream has comes true thanks to her roles of Kaya. “I am already playing my dream role in Revolver Rani, Queen and Krrish 3. I always wanted to play a supergirl and I am getting to do that. All set to be seen in upcoming action-comedy Boss, superstar Akshay Kumar revealed while promoting the Anthony D’Souza directorial, that he has this greed of doing good work, and it is in his nature to not take success for granted.He also revealed that he feels a sense of thrill doing stunts in his films, on his own, and exclusively for Boss, he has also avoided cable action. “In Boss, there is no cable action because youngsters are getting bored of it. They feel that the actors are not doing much — the cables are in all the jumps etc. In this film I have avoided cables. I just sit with my 10-year-old son and he gives me so much input. I get introduced to new music, new cinema, short films on YouTube courtesy Aarav (his son),” says Akshay.With Boss, he has turned mentors to two actors, Shiv Pandit and Aditi Rao Hydari, on the same, he said, “Shiv and Aditi are both very good. The team and I thought that they would be perfect for the parts they play. He's a handsome, good-looking young boy. I really enjoyed the first film that he did —Shaitaan—he had done a very good job. Aditi works from the heart, is a very good actress, with a vulnerable face so we decided that they should be a part of our film. Shiv and I are brothers and sons to Mithun Chakraborty. If buzz has to be believed, filmmaker Prabhu Deva has roped in London-born Scarlett Wilson for an item song for his upcoming movie R...Rajkumar, which will feature Sonu Sood along with her. The model-turned-actress earlier grooved in item number Imported Kamariya in Emraan Hashmi-Kalki Koechlin starrer Shanghai. She also gyrated to Naagin Naagin song in comedy flick Bajatey Raho. Both songs worked well at music charts and were liked by music buffs.Now, latest report says Scarlett will also shake her leg in Prabhu Deva’s action-thriller R…Rajkumar that features Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles. If everything goes correct, the film’s villain Sonu Sood will be seen dancing on the item song with Wilson.  Scarlett has shot for a day for the item number. According to the sources, “After the untimely demise of Shrihari, who features in a pivotal role in the movie there is a break in the shoot of the song. Apparently, Shrihari was also a part of the song and shot for it a day before he passed away. Sonu Sood and Scarlett will gyrate when the shooting resumes this Thursday.”Let’s see if Scarlett’s presence will work in favour of the film or not. The film is releasing on December 6.

Here’s one more high-profiled project landed in the kitty of petite actress Parineeti Chopra. She has signed another romantic film titled Daawat-e-Ishq post two hit films Ishaqzaade and Shuddh Desi Romance. The project will be directed by Do Dooni Char and Ishaqzaade fame Habib Faisal and features Aditya Roy Kapur, Karan Wahi in the male lead roles. Anupam Kher would be seen essaying supporting character in the film, which is said to be a romantic comedy.Parineeti will work for the second time with Habib, while it would be her first venture with Aditya Roy, who rose to fame with Aashiqui 2. Karan Wahi, popular TV actor who has done shows like Dill Mill Gyye, Kuch Toh Loh Kahenge, Indian Idol Junior (hosting), will make his debut with the film. Veteran actor Anupam Kher confirmed the news sharing it on his micro-blogging site, “Delighted to be part of Daawat-e-Ishq with Parineeti Chopra, Habib Faisal, Aditya Roy Kapur and Karan Wahi.”Currently Parineeti is busy shooting for director Vinil Mathew on his project Hasee Toh Phasee, being produced by Karan Johar.
