This is another site similar to the ones we've already seen. Teachers are able to connect with one another and share ideas. There are some really great pointers on this site.

Pretty neat site on classroom organization, setup, hints, types of learning, etc. It shows how certain ways of setting up a classroom can affect learning. It shows ~ 15 hints on how to set up your classroom so that it is set up as a learning environment.

National Center for learning disabilities. This site is a great site to offer pparents resources about helping their child with learning disabilites. It also includes some resources for teachers also.

This website is a good website for math teachers and students to use. It is a website that allows you to use manipulative's to solve different math problems.

Great instructional video for teachers and parents to understand the teenage brain. If you are planning on teaching middle and high school I strongly recommend it. If you have taken SECD 4140 you might've seen it already. For me, it was an eye opener. I was a teenager a long time ago and sometimes I feel like I don't really relate or understand certain behaviors. After watching this video I feel more compassionate towards teenagers! Check it out!
