As a result of this irrevocable change in the what, where, when and how we communicate, businesses need to learn how to use these new communications channels – because that’s how their existing and potential customers are communicating.   • Das Projekt draufhaber.tv ist ein Online-Videoportal für Jugendliche in der Berufsorientierung, Auszubildende, junge Berufstätige und Arbeitssuchende, auf dem die Mitglieder zeigen können, über welche handwerklichen Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten sie verfügen. Konkret bedeutet das: Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene filmen mit ihren eigenen Handys oder Videokameras, wie sie eine handwerkliche Tätigkeit besonders gut beherrschen (Performancevideos: “Draufhaber”) oder besonders gut erklären können (Erklärvideos: “Durchblicker”). Das dafür bereitgestellte Portal erlaubt per eingebundenem Werkzeug Videos zu verändern (“re-mix”) und didaktisch anzureichern. Die User können ein eigenes Portfolio ihrer hochgeladenen Videos aufbauen, mit dem sie sich z.B. auch bei zukünftigen Arbeitgebern vorstellen (Demonstration der Employability) sowie Interessensgruppen zu Themenbereichen bilden können (“Channels”). Über Antworten in Form von Videobeiträgen soll ein Diskurs zu beruflichen Fertigkeiten ermöglicht werden.
