Within the video are several examples of positive space and negative space in designs, detailing how both work hand in hand in creating a dynamic aesthetic.

This page goes into depth about space as discussed in Chapter 3 and has more images so it is easier for me to see the positive/negative space for example.

This article gives a description of how space can be used in web design. It then goes on to give some great examples of how it is used in popular websites.

I like this resource because it looks at style and emphasis from a more academic viewpoint. (Week 10, 11/30)
