One restaurant owner took away the garage can to teach the employees about not wasting food. They saved a lot of food because every time they have to throw something away they have to ask. It also talks about the odor that comes off of dumpsters. It is then take to landfills where the garbage breaks down into methane to damage peoples health. Its not only the producers who are wasting its also the consumers.

If its busy then great you wont have any food to be thrown out but if its slow you have to throw away that days production.
