    Depending on how people interpret laws, they might believe that they might have lost them but some other people are still satisfied by the fact that they still have some rights. I really like how she expressed her opinion and it really got me thinking onto how our rights might change in the future.

    Giving animals rights is about protecting them since they cannot speak up for themselves. We are their voice. We should not go around harming them or beating them. Some people have pets in their house and it amazes me how people can adopt an animal and then go and abuse them. They did not ask to be adopted by you to have you do that to them. They can feel, and they deserve to be happy and live their one life.

    I think that everyone has the right to believe in what they want. As long as they don't try to force others then I see no problem in it.     Gay couples, not allowed to marry, cannot receive the same privileges that married couples receive, no matter how long they have "been together." Some rights include not being able to visit a spouse in prison, the rights to collect survivor's benefits as the spouse of a military veteran. Gay couples, in these instances are not receiving the same rights as straight couples.
