This blog discusses vaccine injuries and your right as a parent to keep your child from harm. Many doctors refuse to care for children who are not vaccinated which could make it difficult to receive proper medical care. Doctors and pharmacuetical companies are protected against vaccine injury lawsuits but they refuse to see the correaltion between vaccines and Autsim or other neurological injuries.

The right of a patient to refuse treatment is based upon five constitutional protections [1]: n the 8th amendment's protection against cruel and unusual punishment n the 1st amendment's protection of free speech (freedom of thought / ideas) n the 1st amendment's protection of freedom of religion n the more broadly interpreted right to privacy n the 14th amendment's protection of liberty (the right to be free from unjustified intrusions on personal security).

Would anyone ever consider starving a fat person in an effort to save their life? Probably not. We need to work hard to keep our religious freedom. Most religious organizations are required by the Department of Human Services to provide contraceptive coverage in employee health care plans. A lot of government contracts have been lost due to religious organizations refusal to place children with same-sex couples.

I agree we need to continually fight for our religious freedoms.

Town clerk refuses to sign same sex marriage certificates. Her religious belief is that homosexuality is a sin and it is wrong. she feels that her government job is asking her to leave her religious beliefs behind, something she simply will not do.

With the help of libertarians New York was the largest state to legalize same sex marriage. New York is only the sixth state to legalize same sex marriage. Many power officials were reprimanded for speaking out against same sex marriage. Same sex marriage has also affected some religious adoption agencies. A catholic adoption agency has been reprimanded for refusing the adoption to a same sex family.

This article shows how the Libertarian party has very conflicting views regarding same sex marriage. On one hand, same sex marriage corresponds with the Libertarian motto. On the other hand, however, many Libertarians are torn between their party's motto and what they inherently believe to be "true marriage."
