The Republican author of a bill to punish sex-selective abortion blasted President Obama on Thursday for his stance in favor of abortion rights.

This article is about the Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act, that would outlaw sex-selection abortion. This Act is said to make it more difficult for women to get an abortion. The article states that it is a growing concern in the U.S. especially in the ethnic communities that favor one sex over the other.

Republicans lawmakers in Arizona are pushing a bill that would limit the reach of any gun laws in to Arizona. The bill (HB 2291) would make it a felony for any federal agent to enforce federal law in Arizona concerning gun made and residing in the state. This bill is meant to send a message to Pres. Obama.

Congress just spends money like it's going out of style. When the goverment spends more money that it brings in, you know we have a problem. Then we start to play the blame game, republicans blame the democrats, and the democrats blame the republicans. Haven't we learned that blaming each other never solves anything? They need to take responsibility and budget better...pff. Or just raise all of our taxes to try to make up for it...now that doesn't seem fair for us hard working citizens, I don't think we recieved any of that spending money. Lets just fix the problem before our economic well-being is dug into a hole so deep we can't pull ourselves out.
