This article is biased but lots of good information about HOAs. The author is against HOAs and makes it clear in the first few sentances. He does give a lot of informative information about how HOAs work and the consequenses that come with them. He also talks about the fact that you don't have a choice in whether or not you can be part of an HOA.

In this article there are examples of situations that arose that caused employers (law enforecement) to regulate if or what types of tattoos are allowed if employed by them. The author also discusses the fact that "there is no constitutional right to display tattoos at work". Employers have the right to regulate if they hire someone based on their tattoos and may face liability issues if they hire someone with an offensive tattoo.
