About This Site - This is a site with technology lesson plans for elementary school children. There are activities for word processing, spreadsheets and graphing, powerpoint presentations, graphic arts, multimedia, internet research and more. So simple to use!

This website is a great internet safety resource for students, parents and educators.  There are videos and lesson ideas available.  There is also information about cyberbullying.  This website is a great classroom tool because it offers engaging activities for students, including virtual games, to teach them about internet safety.

This is a site I have used last year and will start very soon using with my students. There are excellent online simulations for math and science students with comprehensive lesson pages for teachers and students. There is a 30-day free trial as well...

Teachhub provides teachers with multiple resources that they can use with their interactive whiteboards. resources are a great way for teachers to engage classrooms in learning. All of these pages include free activities and lessons to use so that you don't have to take the time to create your own original interactive white board lessons.

This resource provides a multitude of fun, interactive math lessons for students of all ages. Teachers can select the specific topic that their students are working on and the website takes you to games with eye-catching graphics that assess students through interactive lessons.

"'Animated Educational Video Clips"

This is an animated site for kids. Sight contains information in all subject areas. There is a fee to use all of the site but they provide some free material as well. I like the clear explanations they have on the topics.

An awesome website for elementary students! The videos can also be added to Nearpod lessons and viewed with headsets.

Great website for educators to access royalty free clip art, lesson plans, clip media, and presentations.

This website is AMAZING. It has clip-art, photographs, presentation images, maps, lessons, and answers to tech questions. There are so many images available, they are free (up to a certain amount, but it is very generous), it tells you exactly how to cite them, and it has options for file size and format. Discovery Education has terrific resources that is linked to the current textbook that your county may be using for it's curriculum. User friendly and the United streaming is also helpful when planning lessons with the library of video segments.

This is a great website for teachers to look up lesson plans, games, assessments, glyphs, worksheets, etc., for any subject. Some things can be accessed for free, some cannot. Annual membership is only $20, and allows you unlimited access. Teachers may search by subject, skill, or grade level. The site is very user friendly, and has a lot of great resources!

The Khan Academy website offers a free online collection of more than 3,600 micro lectures via video tutorials stored on YouTube teaching mathematics, history, healthcare, medicine, finance, physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, economics, cosmology, and organic chemistry, American civics, art history, macroeconomics, microeconomics, and computer science.

This website offers great math resources for middle school math teachers.

MathActive lessons are Flash animated math modules designed for grades K-12. Each module features content that touches a geometry performance objective from the Arizona Academic Standards for mathematics.

This was actually introduced to me recently by my daughter's preschool teacher. Sure I had seen the commercials- but I had no idea it is FREE for teachers! I shared it with my Kindergarten team and we are all in love. So many lessons can be used on the smartboard, and you can create individual learning paths for each child.
