Load a web page or an image--text page works also--and then select areas of the screen, comment box opens with your name, and insert comments to share with teammates or colleagues. Very easy to use.

Good article on the need to develop/ sustain an interest in "how technology works," through technology education targeted at early high school students. In The National Geographic Kids Blog, a group of kids selected by the National Geographic staff share their thoughts and experiences. This is a great blog for kids to follow and be able to read about things that interest them and what other kids think. Teachers can use this as a resource to introduce kids to safe and educational places on the internet that are interesting to them as well. I found this in the "Online Safety" section of Kids.gov, accessed via the publisher companion site of our textbook.
