Learning Partner Position at Union Bank, San Diego, CA 92111. Reporting to the Director of Learning Solutions, the Learning Partner collaborates with Consumer Lending business unit leaders in understanding the unit and acts as an internal learning consultant to provide effective interventions that impact the bottom line. Job Summary: The Learning Partner is responsible for leading segment-wide performance and development needs analysis and identifying solutions that include performance/process improvements and learning solutions where needed. The learning solutions delivered are aligned with the strategic business objectives of the division and company. The Learning Partner works closely with leadership of assigned business units to develop and execute a comprehensive learning plan. As a senior member of the Learning Solutions staff, the Learning Partner acts as a key contributor in medium to large-scale design/development projects in a complex environment. A Learning Partner may also lead teams or projects, and is responsible for sharing knowledge and mentoring others. The Learning Partner collaborates with internal and external resources as needed to produce on-target learning programs.

eLearning 101 Part 3: Development Roles This section includes the roles and responsibilities that are included during the development process. Some roles are mandatory during any course development process, while other roles may be optional depending on the needs of the course. All roles should be identified and assigned at the beginning of the project. Every person involved in the project should be notified at the beginning of the project of his or her role. Note: one person may have multiple roles. It is a good standard of practice to form a committee to identify the roles and expectations of each team member and to have each person accept their role in writing to ensure they understand the requirements of the position. PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provides instructional design and development expertise and service support for Memorial Blood Services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Percent of Time) Instructional Design 50% Partners with internal and external customers to assess learning needs, identify training solutions, and evaluate outcomes to ensure objectives are met. Technical 30% Responsible for writing and validating procedures (Standard Operating Procedures). Assists with documentation and maintenance of training records, plans, roles, and competency assessments to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsible for approving course materials. Responsible for developing and maintaining continuing education. Develop, revise and prepare competency assessments. Responsible for responding to audits and request variances.
