I couldn't help but laugh out loud when I looked at this Fakebook - I love the video and you could really have students do their own videos and embed. This is awesome.

Fakebook is an awesome tool from classtools.net to use to have students create pages about just about any person in history, literature, or pop culture. Here's the gallery of many of the current people to see how this works. The link is at the top to make your own.

Some of use the fakebook tool at classtools.net but if you need to be offline, this is a template to make a Facebook page for a famous character. It is a .doc (Microsoft Word) file and you can download it and use it for your activity. These are great for looking at famous characters and students enjoy them.

For study purposes you can create a fake Facebook profile. Usse this for historical figures, teaching digital citizenship, authors, people in literature. Who you'd like to be in 10 years! Cool assignment.
