    This website from UNC has a user test for Blackboard. It includes a discussion forum test, an upload file test, and a quiz test. It is well organized in that you have to pass the first test to get a password to complete the second, and then the second to complete the third. The benefit is that it is open to anyone (you get a universal login) and it is in the real platform, so it is authentic.

    Although the tutorial presented on this website is from the vendor of the technology being used, the focus is definitely on the subject of concern: accessibility. The site contains a wide-ranging series of tutorials, demos and discussions about the fundamental techniques and best practices for making PDFs, websites and RIAs compliant with the latest Accessibility standards. The narrator is very good at calling the attention of the learner on how to use the technology to solve the accessibility issue as opposed to bragging about the functionality of the tool. This is indeed a learner-centered approach.

    280 Slides is a site that allows users to create presentations similar to a PowerPoint. In fact, if a PowerPoint show has already been created, it can be uploaded to the site. This tool could be used by workshop participants as they collaborate to create a brief presentation about a concept discussed in the workshop. The fact that this tool is so similar to PowerPoint was a big plus, in addition to the fact that, unlike PowerPoint, when the 280 Slide presentation is completed, it can be easily shared to the Web.
