    Pre-Training:
Flash Templates: This website uses flash software to help create crisp photos, video and music clips for multi-media purposes during presentations, or personal use. Each of these features can be added to a presentation to enhance the learning process, as Mayer (2009) outlines the principles for learning through cognitive processes. This site does require user fee and installation fee for flash software.

Desk Pro Creating Multi-media: Finding creative ways to get your message to the audience is difficult for many. The Create Company will help you stand out from any other presentation. Some of the most amazing creative and innovative multi-media tools to enhance your presentation with audio-visual enhancements, interactivity features and content developer tools. There is user fees and rental opportunities with this website.

    Graphic Organizers:
Teacher Tools: This is a fantastic website for teachers. There are many free features such as teacher software, calculators, design a word search, or build a résumé. The user information is very informative and keeps the learner coming back for more learning ideas through teacher collaborative boards for discussions. No cost for any use, or programs.
    URL: http://www.teach-nology.com/web_tools/
The Graphic Organizer: Most of us are familiar with inspiration organizer, so I found a graphic organizer that was similar and was free to access. When you need to design a concept map, webbing, or flow charts this website is a wonderful tool to add to your favorite list.
    URL: http://www.graphic.org/goindex.html
    Presentation:
Power Point in the Classroom: This website is very user friendly and allows the presenter to create slides with own information, or templates provided. It gives you access to an 8 step process to deliver the information and provides tips to be successful presenting. There are tutorials and tips for building, creating and presenting classroom material. They do ask for donations using pay pal, however, I browsed and was able to design some interesting templates for free!

Slideshare: One of the most important parts to a presentation in having a back-up plan. This website called slideshare is a way to cloud computer your information, so no matter where you are the presentation will be able to play from their website. You can digitally upload PowerPoint's, video, pictures and many more features for free. There is an option to upgrade and go Pro for a slight increase of the user fee. However, it is recommended to try this for free and upgrade only if you need the advance user space.
    Authentic Assessment Activity:
A+ Rubric: Is an on-line resource guide for creating rubrics for educators in the classroom. This site is organized through Wisconsin University. Some of the information would be authentic use for reflection time for personal work, or in a classroom providing group feedback from peers. There are further readings and information to follow to creating a useful authentic assessment user tool. The last part offers other suggestions for rubrics in the classroom, such as collaboration and cooperative learning techniques.

Discovery Education: Kathy Schrock has done a wonderful job collecting some of the best user tools for teachers and implementing them into one site. Here you can view student webpage rubrics, specific subjects in class rubrics and multimedia rubrics. These are extremely important to outline and guide the learner for expectations on a project. For instance, a power point presentation could be evaluated with a rubric from peers and teacher, both found on this website. There is no user fee and the information is authentic with citation information and full descriptions.

The first multimedia website provided a variety of materials, videos and interactive tools to utilize in the classroom http://smarttech.com/us/Solutions/Education+Solutions/Products+for+education/Software/SMART+Classroom+Suite+interactive+learning+software the presentations were filled with e-learning information to connect with students in the classroom, as well as ebooks that were shared via the internet protocol found here. There are a variety of lesson plans completed and samples are listed here on this website. There is a video that highlights and explains the process of using Smartboards in the classroom and connecting to universal lessons across the globe. Therefore, this website uses the technology-centered learning tool as a way to connect with a multifaceted approach to learning.
The next website I visited was http://eduscapes.com/sessions/smartboard/. This website is using a technology-centered approach which outlined the uses for technology and a diverse set of lessons for core academics classroom settings and musical lessons. The website is designed by adding a cognitive activity to read the material before trying to view any links to further investigate a lesson.
My third website explores why we need to add more Smartboards to our budget each year http://www.teacherslovesmartboards.com/2009/05/smart-boards-in-every-classroom-make-it-a-he beginning reality.html. From the beginning there is a video that highlights implementing twenty-two new Smartboards into the classroom and defines many reasons why every classroom should have a Smartboard. There is clearly active learning and both cognitive and behavioral activity is contributing to meaningful learning as Mayer (2009) supports the effectiveness of multimedia learning.
