With the emergence of blockchain technology in every field, soon, India's citizens will be able to cast their votes remotely. According to Election Commissioner, Sunil Arora, with a blockchain voting solution, India hopes to increase voter turnout. The new system will allow citizens to cast their votes even when they are away from the city of registration. Also, the Commissioner has proposed to link voter IDs with Aadhaar card.

Very simple to use, but very versatile polling tool. You just create a question and add some options then share it with the people you want answers from. The great thing is that they can add extra options and add various pros and cons of each option as well as voting on the ones they like. 50 from a favorites list. Lifehacker asked readers to indicate which free apps they were most thankful for. There were hundreds of suggestions both classic and new. They took the votes (and added a few of there own) and ranked our 50 apps using those votes as a guide.

How about having students generate the list i.e. find a bunch of resources on a particular topic (Although sign-on via FBook/Twitter might be a problem). They can then vote for the resources they find most helpful, thereby helping the next bunch of students that come along to that topic
