I'm a big, big fan of Diigo. I appreciate that I can save and share bookmarks, highlight and leave comments on webpages, annotate resources, host and participate in groups and forums on particular topics, message and interact with friends and colleagues, and much more. It's a very big component of my personal learning network (PLN). I'm also impressed and pleased that the Diigo founders and employees listened to its community of teacher-users and developed Diigo for Educators (More fondly referred to as EduDiigo). Here are some thoughts about about why teachers and learners might use Diigo.

"Full Moon Silhouettes is a real time video of the moon rising over the Mount Victoria Lookout in Wellington, New Zealand. People had gathered up there this night to get the best view possible of the moon rising. I captured the video from 2.1km away on the other side of the city. It's something that I've been wanting to photograph for a long time now, and a lot of planning and failed attempts had taken place. Created my first Google Chrome extension which is a productivity tool for the creation of QR Codes. Simply click the button to produce a QR code of the page your on, you can also right click a hyperlink or selected text to produce a downloadable QR Code.

While care has been taken to group teachers close to each other according to content area, simply walking across the hallway to meet with colleagues seems to take an inordinate amount of effort. So my mode is Attribute Everything Possible. Even if I do not have to. Is it really that arduous to do? Why?
I am modeling behavior of reuse integrity. If I do not have to attribute and I don't, who knows if I am being good reuse citizen? What kind of example am I setting for others, especially students.I can help people find related media, either form the same creator or from the same collection.And, most importantly, I am expressing gratitude, appreciation to the person who shared it.

VR as a mass market product is still emerging. I am enjoying following the conversation and playing with the headsets that use my smartphone as a screen. Despite the risks and worries, I am still excited to see how VR evolves and what educational experience might be designed for it.
Amazing, revolutionary, a new era in technology'. The iPad may be all these things but in my humble opinion it is bad for education and schools. Here are some reasons.
We are now in a social-digital environment where things increasingly move in real time. Tomorrow's business models must not only be able to adapt to change, they must help drive that change.
