Top 10 Game of Thrones Filming Locations As soon as "Game of Thrones" premiered on HBO back in 2011, it instantly became one of the most popular shows on TV. The series takes place in various fictional locations in the continents of Westeros and Essos, and fans have discovered that many of these places actually exist in real life! It includes a massive staircase and a bench for the powerful woman to sit on. While the stairs were built by the show's production crew, the actual location is called Diocletians Palace in the city of Split, Croatia. And above the city of Split is a place called Fortress of Klis. But "Game of Thrones" fans may recognize it as the shows city-state of Meereen. We'll also be showing you the monastery that was inspired by the Eyrie, and the actual staircase and surrounding city that the show's fans know as the Great Sept of Baelor. His brother had some Imperial Guards from the tabletop game Warhammer, so Valenty decided to design a couple of his own Warhammer-style figurines: a two-legged war mecha and a tank. I'm a big, big fan of Diigo. I appreciate that I can save and share bookmarks, highlight and leave comments on webpages, annotate resources, host and participate in groups and forums on particular topics, message and interact with friends and colleagues, and much more. It's a very big component of my personal learning network (PLN). I'm also impressed and pleased that the Diigo founders and employees listened to its community of teacher-users and developed Diigo for Educators (More fondly referred to as EduDiigo). Here are some thoughts about about why teachers and learners might use Diigo.

"Since I started this Experiment to use Evernote in every aspect of my classroom, I wasn't really sure what I was going to discover. I was sure there would be some way that Evernote was not going to meet my needs and I would be forced to add another tool to my chest while I continue the experiment for the school year. One way I was weary of was lesson planning. I have used the the traditional planner book for years and it has always been very good to me. I could easily flip back and see what I what I did the year before as I planned the upcoming school year. I'm not a big fan of trying to fix things that are not broken, but I figured I needed to give it a try in the name of the Experiment. Needless to say, I was not disappointed."
