Herbert Marshall McLuhan (21 juillet 1911 - 31 décembre 1980) est un intellectuel canadien. Professeur de littérature anglaise et théoricien de la communication, il est un des fondateurs des études contemporaines sur les média. Étudiant les transformations culturelles apportées par l'imprimerie dans le monde occidental, il considère que le médium de communication a plus d'importance que son contenu, comme il l'énonce dans la formule « Le message, c'est le médium »n 1, et tente de prévoir les bouleversements qu'entraînera la télévision.

Douglas Carl Engelbart né le 30 janvier 1925 dans l'Oregon, aux Etats-Unies, et mort le 2 juillet 2013, est un ingénieur, inventeur et pionnier en informatique. Il a inventé la souris, a développé le concept de l'interface homme-machine et également, a développé le système hypertexte, les réseaux informatiques ainsi que les premières interfaces graphiques.

Des méthodes structurées de collaboration encouragent l'introspection de comportements et communication. Ces méthodes ont pour objectif spécifique l'augmentation du taux de réussite des équipes quand elles se livrent à la résolution de problèmes en collaboration. Des schémas, rubriques et graphiques sont utiles afin de documenter objectivement les traits de personnalité afin d'améliorer les résultats des projets actuels et à venir.

The Reflective Journal method is quite interesting to be evaluated for Wikinomics project. Through another project, we made a test few weeks ago with interesting results, to be confirmed in the next study visits in July. To be discussed.
