In addition, replacing regular soda with diet soda helped decrease the intake of caloric beverages an impressive 12 percent. Health problems like obesity and being overweight result from the lack of nutrients in these beverages. The widespread issues are due to high rise consumption rates of these carbonated soft drinks. Liquid candy is statistically proven to be a prime factor for excessive weight increase. A problem for our population following the increase is the Type 2 diabetes. These health issues can lead to long term illnesses and sometimes life threatening diseases such as heart attacks, strokes and cancer.

I agree 101% how terrible it is that this is the third leading cause of death. Life should not be about spending your time planning on how it will end. I am now happy though that I have the right tools to know how to deal with this type of social justice.
