I was sitting at a poker table at the Green Valley Ranch in Vegas last week when I glanced up at the plasma flat screen on the wall. Good old Larry Kudlow was yammering with a bunch of CNBC "experts" on how easily America avoided the recession and laughing at the chicken littles who were crying that the sky was falling. Of course, the real experts at the poker table were snickering. One old fart called Kudlow "a lying douchebag". Oil hit $122.50 a barrel that day. We were paying $3.86 a gallon for the cheap stuff at the pump.

Since I lack any Vulcan mind meld powers, I want to use the next best thing. It's called a survey. I want to ask you about your feelings related to being an entrepreneur. This morning I released a case study video giving an overview of The Google Crush Method. It's a screencam movie of a live conversation. I was in Toronto, my buddy Denis was in London. We used Apple Ichat, and I did a screen capture using IShowU. The challenge was the length. At 14 minutes it was too long for YouTube, and I wanted to keep the quality high without choking the bandwidth on my server. I ended up converting it to streaming flash, and storing it on the new Amazon AWS servers. So in reality I'm using Amazon's massive server banks to provide the bandwidth and store the video.

Let's talk today about continuity marketing. Continuity marketing is when your customer commits to buying a series of items over a period of time. It's a win-win arrangement for the buyer and the seller.
