Wendy sister called the police about a family fight. He kills his wife Wendy and now he is in jail at Newton County, Georgia , His there for life.

The Supreme Court ordered California to reduce its' prison population by 30,000 people. Justice Anthony Kennedy said that the prison system is failing to deliver minimal care to the prisoners. Also, suicide rates in the prison are 80% higher than the average for inmates nationwide. There are now more than 140,000 inmates in the prison system now.

The tornado that hit Joplin, Missouri killed about 118 people and could have damages reaching 3 billion dollars in insured losses.

this is very sad my cousin lives in Joplin with her family and was only about a hundred yards from the home depot that collapsed. there is barely anything left of her house. this is so sad for everyone involved in it.

A volcanic eruption began in Iceland. Early Tuesday the ash spread to Europe. This forced many British airlines to cancel many flights. This ash is predicted to spread over Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England, according to Britain's weather agency, the Met Office. There is also a strong possibility it could affect Denmark. The ash can be a serious hazard to aircraft, reducing visibility, damaging flight controls and ultimately causing jet engines to fail. This volcano affected many airlines and traveling.

This was pretty scary hearing since after there was a prediction that the world was going to end Saturday.

The tornado that ripped Joplin, Missouri apart was one of the worst ever. The tornado reportedly killed 118 and the death toll is still rising. They have just began to scratch the surface of trying to find survivors. Although all of this may sound bad there have been many brilliant survival stories.

Farmers are ready for the wet weather to move out because it delaying the planting season. Greg Kneubuhler is mad because he cant get into the felids. But if they plant stuff by may 15 then they will still have a good yield. Its becoming more of a challenge with more rain in the forecast. They have nothing planted at all yet because they can't get in the felids yet. They have four weeks to plant. What they need is heat wind and warm weather.

A Boy Scout troop from Lafayette, Louisiana was found Tuesday. The campsite was found by helicopter a National Guard helicopter.The scouts were being transferred by helicopter to a command post. All the boys are fine. officials were confident the troop was safe, saying the scout master with the troop was very experienced and serves as a backpacking trainer. The average age of the youths is 14.

That is a great thing that they found the troop!

Families of troops were relived when they first heard the news of Bin Laden's death. Although not too long after they were scared for our troops. Priscilla Thurman a wife of a millitary troop wants to know if she is the only person who is more worried now that Bin Laden is dead. She is not the only one scared though many wives, mother's and family members also are.

David Allan Lewis from Greenville, South Carolina was hiking with his girlfriend and their dog. His dog got away from him and ran towards the falls. He ran after his dog and reached for it and they both went over the falls. The dog caught himself and got back up. David fell 125ft to his death. What a terrible thing, nobody really deserves to die

I understand that dogs are mans best friend but this whole situation could of been avoided only if the man would have let the dog figure it out for himself.

That's really sad that he lost his life trying to save his pet. He must have really cared about it.

Many people have been asking a lot of questions about the death of Bin Laden. One good question i would like an answer to is can we leave Afghanistan now? I wish the war would come to an end so all of our troops fighting in the war can come home and return to there friends and family.

I agree. If he's dead then they should start to bring some of the troops home now.

Ok i understand that we don't wanna start any more problems with terrorist but why wont Obama show us some pictures? I think the Navy Seals should be happy that they killed Bin Laden and release some pictures of him. I do believe that he is dead but i still have my doubts just because they wont show us some proof. If they would release the pictures to everyone then no one will doubt Obama. I think that it will make Obama look a lot better and its right in time since the elections are coming up next year.

The test confirmed his identity with 99.9 percent accuracy. Since the tests were so accurate they believe that source of the DNA must have been from a parent or child of bin Laden. However, bin Laden did not have any full siblings. He did have 50 half-siblings, some of them had close ties to the United States.

A South Korean man was found crucified, it was a reconstruction of the crucifixion of Jesus, with the victim wearing a crown of thorns and dressed only in his underwear. He put nails into the cross first, then drilled holes in his hands and hung himself on the cross, reports said.
