Making Dirty Fuel...Clean Fuel - 1 views

This is the oil industry's answer to the traditional process of strip mining, Instead of digging for oil in fields such as this one:on the boarder of Canada. We could send pipes and steam into the ground to slurp the fuel out of the dirt. The heat and water loosen the oil, allowing it to be pumped back to the surface and then refined. People are seeing this type of operation as an environmentally friendly alternative to oil sands mining.

I actually came across this on AOL news the other day. Its amazing how big the ocean is and we are able to find such small pieces of history in the depths the dark water. It will be more interesting what they will find out in recent weeks.

Those kids were lucky they joined the boy scouts. This was probably a great learning experience for all of them.
  •
First off the boy shouldve never been out of the site of the leaders of the scouts. It is a god thing that he has made it home safe and sound and was rescued.

I think they were lucky that the plane came to save them. They were lucky they were in boy scouts so they new what to do to stay safe and warm.

If they weren't Boy Scouts and knew how to survive they may have died. Boy Scouts could've saved their lives.

He ran after his dog and reached for it and they both went over the falls. The dog caught himself and got back up. David fell 125ft to his death. What a terrible thing, nobody really deserves to die

That's a shame, but it shows how much he really loved his dog.
  •
I understand that dogs are mans best friend but this whole situation could of been avoided only if the man would have let the dog figure it out for himself.
  •
That's really sad that he lost his life trying to save his pet. He must have really cared about it.

I wanna see some pictures! - 1 views

  •
Ok i understand that we don't wanna start any more problems with terrorist but why wont Obama show us some pictures? I think the Navy Seals should be happy that they killed Bin Laden and release some pictures of him. I do believe that he is dead but i still have my doubts just because they wont show us some proof. If they would release the pictures to everyone then no one will doubt Obama. I think that it will make Obama look a lot better and its right in time since the elections are coming up next year.

Federal officials say the analysis of DNA from relatives confirms that Osama bin Laden is dead. However, the federal officials have not disclosed the relationship of the family. The test confirmed his identity with 99.9 percent accuracy. Since the tests were so accurate they believe that source of the DNA must have been from a parent or child of bin Laden. However, bin Laden did not have any full siblings. He did have 50 half-siblings, some of them had close ties to the United States.
