Ryan Hamil went missing Tuesday after ferocious weather. He was with his mother and siblings when the storm hit. The mother has broken bones bruises and cuts and the father was away but returned. They were last searching a 16-mile stretch. They have taken refuge in a bathtub. Its one of the worst since 1953 and their hearts go out.

The storm must have been very strong to take a child away from his mother. Hopefully they keep searching until they find the child. I've seen pictures of the wreckage and it will be a struggle but we can hope everything will be all right.

Ok i understand that we don't wanna start any more problems with terrorist but why wont Obama show us some pictures? I think the Navy Seals should be happy that they killed Bin Laden and release some pictures of him. I do believe that he is dead but i still have my doubts just because they wont show us some proof. If they would release the pictures to everyone then no one will doubt Obama. I think that it will make Obama look a lot better and its right in time since the elections are coming up next year.

We have broken the racial threshold after electing a black president. The image shows that women can also be extremely powerful, too. When John F. Kennedy was president, for example, it would be otherworldly to have a woman with as much power as Hilary Clinton. I believe this country has taken a step forward in accepting people for who they are, and not the color of their skin.

He put nails into the cross first, then drilled holes in his hands and hung himself on the cross, reports said. Zoo officials said they are confident the 20-inch-long snake is contained in a nonpublic, isolated area of the building.The Egyptian cobra is most commonly found in North Africa. Scientists, in Brazil, are trying to use fibers from fruit to make a stronger light plastic to create car parts. They are 30 percent lighter and 3 or 4 percent stronger. This could also improve the fuel economy. Fibers found for these products can be found in pineapple leaves and stems, bananas, coconut shells, agave, and cattails. The new plastics are more resistant to heat, water and spilled gasoline than conventional plastics.

In New York the police may have found a 9th body to what they think is a serial killers work. They started finding bodies in December and continue to keep finding bodies. they have also started using K-9 and dive teams to try and find more. But they are still looking for one missing woman.

Former Egyptian President Mubarak hospitalized. He is being treated at the Sharm el-Sheikh International Hospital. No information is given on his recent visit at the hospital, but there is plenty of operations he had in the past.

if two planes get close enough to hit each other there is something wrong with the air control station, someone was not performing there job well.

I do not understand how this happened. How could someone at the airport let the planes in the same area at the same time!

The people flying this plane are not to blame, the people in the control towers should be able to maintain control of these kind of things. I wouldn't be too happy about this because of somebody else being careless.

The United States, with help from Sweden, is trying to get North Korea to release the man on humanitarian grounds. Sweden is representing the US because of the poor diplomatic relations with North Korea. The Swedes visited the man and are asking for regular visits. Because of recent detainments by the North Koreans, relationships are continuing to get worse. Citizens have recently been released in 2009 and 2010. Conditions continue to get worse because of concerns of nuclear development in North Korea also. The US and South Korea joined forces on drills despite the norths warnings. Without Sweden, chances of getting the man back would be slim.
