Project Drawdown is a broad coalition of researchers, scientists, graduate students, PhDs, post-docs, policy makers, business leaders, and activists who have come together to map, measure, and model the best available solutions that can cumulatively reverse global warming within the next thirty years.

Art VULUPS is the result of a ten-year assemblage of relationships encompassing geography, environmental science, land use planning, sustainability, art and creativity concepts. During this time, many individuals have contributed with ideas, suggestions and time; they have also helped define the meaning, purpose and scope of this project. Its realization has only been possibly by the genuine embrace of a number of progressive, community-based institutions. Certain elements such as adventure, risk, careful observation and reflection have played an instrumental role in providing for the necessary inspiration, momentum and excitement that all together form the concept of Art as a Vehicle to Understand Land Use Planning and Sustainability Project.
EmcArts Inc. is a social enterprise for learning and innovation in the arts. We serve as a nonprofit intermediary for many arts funders, and as a service organization for the arts field around innovation. We exist to strengthen the capacities and effectiveness of nonprofit arts and cultural organizations, serving their needs in the design and management of innovative change, and assisting them in building their adaptive capacity.
What is Social System Mapping?
Social System Mapping is an expanded version of Network Mapping that is emerging from the increased functionality of the combination of sumApp and Kumu.
It's a mash-up of system mapping, social network mapping, asset mapping, stakeholder mapping and more.
Human beings and their own self-reporting are at the core of Social System Mapping, but at the same time - the social network is not isolated from the systemic forces that the humans in the system impact and are impacted by, and the systemic forces in the system are not de-personalized. It's humans, relationships, systemic forces - all together.
The Really Regenerative Centre is a backbone organisation which, as a bioregional learning centre for Sussex, is base for learning and action on climate change. It is a place from which research, learning and action can be coordinated and delivered to our communities.

We selected the initial contributors for the excellence of their research and the diversity of their perspectives. The content on each page can be assumed to reflect the views of the editor listed at the bottom of that page, unless the content is specifically signed by another contributor. In 2012 we will gradually develop a set of policy recommendations that are supported by the large majority of the contributors.
The mission of the collaborative is to reduce health disparities and improve community health overall through systemic changes fueled by adult and youth resident engagement, collaboration and resource sharing, and strategic communication about community needs and solutions.
