The State of California's large and diverse economy and its history of progressive innovation in the United States make it an ideal leader in the well-being economy movement. A WEAll California Hub is now in development, led by the California-based Institute for Ecological Civilization.

The mission of the Center for Partnership Studies is to catalyze movement towards partnership systems on all levels of society through research, education, grassroots empowerment, and policy initiatives. CPS's programs focus on promoting human rights and nonviolence, gender and racial equity, childhood development, and new metrics that demonstrate the financial contribution of the work of caregiving.

What is Systems Change? Systems change is the emergence of a new pattern of organization or systems structure. (Birney, 2015) It is both a process and an outcome. We are facing unprecedented economic, social, and environmental crises, and current reforms offer ineffective solutions. Naomi Klein has called for a movement of change that "connects the dots" to address the root causes of all current crises facing people and planet.

Placekey is a free, universal standard identifier for any physical place, so that the data pertaining to those places can be shared across organizations easily. However, Placekey goes beyond just an identifier. It's a movement of organizations and individuals that prize access to data. Placekey members want geospatial data that is easily joined and combined...because real answers come from combining data from many different sources. It is a philosophy that data should be easy to access, and data should not be hoarded. These members believe that data, when combined, can do massive good.

While the roots of Social Solidarity Economy are ancient (they can be found in most communities in different forms of mutualistic cooperation, worker's unions, social economy, etc.), the term Solidarity Economy as a basis for today's SSE networked movement is fairly recent.

One Earth is a philanthropic organization working to accelerate collective action to stay below 1.5°C in global average temperature rise. The solutions for the climate crisis already exist, and the latest science shows we can achieve the 1.5°C limit through three pillars of action - a shift to 100% renewable energy by 2050, protection and restoration of half of the world's lands and oceans, and a transition to regenerative, climate-friendly agriculture.
